Our family-friendly holiday apartment is modern and brightly furnished, it leaves nothing to be desired! You will find 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as a spacious sofa bed with high-quality slatted frame/mattress, also for 2 persons, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker and a bathroom with shower
A flat-screen satellite TV with Internet/Netflix etc. provides entertainment and for your little ones there are age-appropriate toys
On the sunny roofed and bordered southern terrace you can relax and enjoy a comfortable stay
We are happy to provide baby cots, vaporizers, bottle warmers and high chairs for your offspring free of charge
Children are free of charge from 0 - incl. 4 years!
Bed linen & towels are naturally also provided by us.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "Kleine Auszeit" is located in the heart of Willingen, directly at the K1. You can look forward to direct access to the ski slopes in winter and to the MTB ZONE BIKE PARKS in summer, which will round off your most beautiful days of the year with ski, bike shop/rental and bike school.
The new 8-seater chairlift K1 is located 150m away and the Sonnenlift is only 6 minutes walk away. Furthermore, the summer toboggan run, where the Ritzhagen chairlift is also located, the karting and bowling centre as well as the glassblowing and climbing hall are only 5-6 minutes away on foot.
An absolute plus point are also the many different hiking trails, such as the circular hiking trail directly from the front door to Niedersfelder Hochheide, the Uplandsteig and Rothaarsteig, as well as the Diemelsteig.

No refunds will be given for early departure. Cancellations are accepted in writing only. In such cases, the lessor will try to rebook the apartment and arrangement if possible, to avoid losses. COVID-19 If arrival is not possible due to government mandates or the vacation apartment is closed, you will not face any cancellation fees at any time. If you or a relative tests positively for Covid-19 shortly before arrival, or if you are in quarantine (certificate/letter from the health department required), you may reschedule your vacation free of charge. Wunderschöne Wohnung
A very beautiful and clean holiday apartment. Well suited for families with 2 children. Beautiful view of the K1 ski slope.
Very nice landlady, answers all open questions very quickly in advance. Even the bread rolls are delivered to the front door (despite wind and storm).
There is nothing missing. Will gladly come back!
Oh, and not to forget: there are even gifts and surprises for the children as a welcome: no more will be revealed))

Everything a family of four needs, high end!
Super equipped for the children, toys, board games and much more. WiFi Netflix, Prime, ect. in every living/bedroom.
Good base for skiing, hiking, biking and restaurant visits. Ski carousel Winterberg 35min by car, top! Hostess affectionate to the welcome greeting and at the farewell!
Furnished with heart and soul!
First choice for us in this region when the time comes.

Mrs. Hesse offers a holiday apartment with complete equipment, no wish remains unfulfilled. The welcome was very friendly, Mrs. Hesse was very helpful, she immediately showed us the most important things in Willingen upon arrival, such as the ski jump, ice rink, ski lifts, ski schools, and very important, good restaurants. In addition, there are more than enough toys for children (I had my granddaughter with me). The holiday apartment is absolutely recommendable.
