The cottage is situated in a beautiful wooded area and provides complete privacy. Great for groups up to 12 people. A cozy fireplace provides the perfect mood for an enjoyable holiday. The resort Willingen is nationally known for the World Cup ski jumping and as a target for bevel and table travel. Very beautiful group house with plenty of space
We stayed in this really beautiful house this summer with two youth groups spread out over a total of 3 weeks. There was plenty of space for everyone here and it was well furnished. The facilities of the house (kitchen/bathroom and rooms) were sufficient and good. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely come back.

Ideal for groups
We were a travel group of 10 people
The holiday home offers enough space. At first you think it will be very rustic. But the furnishings are perfectly fine. The kitchen is very modern, the dining table is large so that everyone has room. There was enough of everything (dishes, glasses, cutlery)
Of course there are a few traces of use here and there, but you know these from home.
Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, the beds were made (when we left, we just had to pull them out ourselves) and all the important information was there.
Wi-Fi worked without any problems.
We saw the sauna but did not use it. We did have a barbecue when the weather was nice (the barbecue area was very nice)
The contact with the landlord (I had mainly by mail) was always nice and flawless!
The location is a bit outside of Willingen "town", a taxi costs 30 euros with a little tip. But we knew that beforehand and it was no problem. It was a little over 15 km on foot. For a group of hikers and people who like to enjoy the peace and quiet, it is highly recommended.

A large house for people with little sense of hygiene and low standards.
Much of what did not work, broken or incomplete. I only mention the most annoying: the hot plate was broken (visibly very used), the addition of a double hot plate of which one plate did not work was not sufficient. And also the microwave did not work.
Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist schön, sehr geeignet zum Spazieren. Das Haus liegt aber nicht an Ortsrandlage Willingen, sowie der Eigentümer behauptet, das sind noch 15 km fahren.
free time activities: Sehr schöne Umgebung mit gut angegebene Wanderwege. Es gibt viele Miethäuser/Ferienwohnungen hier.
shopping facilities: Es gibt nichts in der Nähe, mann ist auf Korbach oder Willingen angewiesen.

Diese hollandische gasten wollten ein erstattung die miete weil ein schlüssel abgebrochen war und draussen zwei glasscherben lagen. Auf diese forderung bin ich nicht eingegenagen deswegen haben die jetzt ein extra schlechte bewertung abgegeben. Traurig aber wir lassen uns nicht erpressen.
