Great little house for all-round well-being

I booked the cottage with 2 big dogs. Despite the unfortunately not so nice weather outside, we had a great stay.

The cottage really has everything you need; a storage room with dryer and washing machine, as well as storage options and sufficient cleaning materials.
The bathroom convinces with a whirlpool tub and modern equipment, and in the cozy living room, you can spend the evening wonderfully in front of the fireplace.

We will definitely come back again.

Cosy, well equipped holiday home

I am happy to recommend Huisje 149 to others. Four of us stayed there with our dog and we felt very comfortable! A bottle of wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift, and the prior contact with the landlord was always nice and obliging.

The house has everything you need. The only drawback for us was that there is only one separate toilet, which we found a little uncomfortable for four people. Otherwise, everything is there, from the sauna to the solarium, which we didn't use because of the weather! Everything is very cosy and tastefully decorated!

Well maintained cottage

We felt very comfortable in this house; it was lovingly furnished and had everything you need for a holiday. (We did not use the solarium and sauna because of the weather).
The front terrace invited you to have a sunny breakfast, while you could enjoy a romantic evening on the back terrace.
We found it a pity that there was no toilet on the upper floor, so you don't want to go down the steep stairs at night
Otherwise, an all-round successful holiday!

A holiday home to feel good in

A wonderful holiday - at this time of year a dreamlike weather with up to 23 degrees C was of course not to be topped. The house has everything you need to spend a happy time. Two terraces are already luxury - I liked being on the back one with an unobstructed view of the meadow landscape and grazing sheep - very relaxing and quiet. The location within De Koog's is hard to find better. The proximity to the pedestrian zone and shopping facilities is ideal. A small disadvantage in our opinion is the lack of a 2nd toilet on the upper floor. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will gladly come again.

Bei der Ankunft hätte das Bad und das Schlafzimmer unten etwas sauberer sein können.

Netter kontakt

Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort. Haus ist gemütlich, allerdings gibt es eine sehr steile Treppe. Das sollte man beachten.

1 Woche Texel Reisende 60+

Eine Woche waren wir zu Gast in dem Haus von Herrn Eelmann. Alles in dem Haus ist bestens. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter ist herzlich und unproblematisch. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte prompt. Texel ist eine schöne Insel. Die Strände sind ein Traum. Auch das Binnenland mit den kleinen Dörfern erfreuen das Herz. Wir müssen einfach noch einmal wiederkommen.

Urlaub auf Texel

Schönes Häuschen im Bungalow Park mit kleiner Sauna und Solarium, ruhige Lage (kein "Durchgangsverkehr" der Mieter des Parks), auf der Rückseite des Hauses ein fantastischer Blick auf eine Wiese mit Schafen anstatt Blick auf den nächsten Bungalow, Rezeption und Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

A beautiful house in a quiet location

We had a wonderful and relaxing week on Texel and this house was our home every day, where we could come down from all the impressions. There is nothing missing, the bathroom is clean and not mouldy, the beds are really comfortable and not worn out. All the rooms are big enough.
The only disadvantage is that the garden is not fenced in, but that's not so bad. You should take care of your dog anyway.
Texel, we'll be back and we'll be happy to stay in this house again!

A great cosy holiday home (small drawback, it would be nice if there was an additional toilet with a small washbasin upstairs). Otherwise, everything the heart desires is in the house, we lacked nothing. Whether you want to eat, drink, shop or go to the beach, everything is within walking distance.we felt very comfortable.we will gladly come back.thank you for that

Situated in a very good location, quiet, a few sheep behind the house, the bread service is recommended
Beach 5 minutes by car, about 20 minutes on foot
The house is downstairs cosy, equipped with everything you need
It's great that you can bring dogs. The island is a dream for dog owners!
The only minus point is the furniture upstairs and downstairs in the bedroom. Very plain.

Super Unterkunft auf Texel

Das Haus ist sehr schön, hat eine tolle Lage und zwei Terassen. Innen ist es sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir uns eine Woche bleiben. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in das Haus, um dort Urlaub zu machen.
Unsere beiden Boxer haben sich auch sofort heimisch gefühlt.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einem Ferienpark. Parkplätze für 2 PKW. Freies WLAN. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugang zu den Zimmern im OG für Senioren wegen steiler Treppe kaum möglich.

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Rande einer Feriensiedlung. Objekt wie beschrieben. Sauber.
Sehr aufgeschlossener Service an der Reception der Ferienanlage. Ruhige Umgebung und der Ortskern ist fussläufig bequem erreichbar.

Very nice pleasant holiday home.

A very beautiful holiday home. You open the door and immediately feel very comfortable.
Everything you need is available in the house. From the holiday home you can quickly reach the centre of the village with café, restaurant, LIDL and other shopping facilities. To the beach,
The beach, the North Sea and the nearby forest are not far away and can be reached in a few minutes without a car. Other sights can be reached quickly from the F.Haus by car or island bus.
