Seaview Villa Calma is a newly built villa furnished with high quality, offering very comfortable accommodation for 10 people in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, open concept living and dining area, a Cinema Room with PS4, a Jacuzzi, a 19,5 sqm private pool with hydromassage, with a Chlorine-Free water system that is gentle and much healthier for your body, and amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and island Brač from almost every corner, with a very well organized interior, modern and light, and stylish decking around the pool. Additionally, the top floor offers a terrace with a Hot Tub, deck chairs, and a covered lounge corner. Villa Calma is located only 30 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće, within walking distance of restaurants (100m), bars, mini markets, local bus station, and 2 km far from Omiš and Cetina River.
* The Outdoors (higher ground floor) is approached from the living area and offers a private 6,5m x 3m swimming pool with a hydromassage, with a Chlorine-Free water system that is gentle and much healthier for your body, a sun-deck area with amazing sea views, 4 deck chairs, a covered lounge corner, and an outdoor shower. Behind the villa is a covered dining area with a traditional barbecue (wood/charcoal) and a direct entrance to the kitchen, the perfect spot for barbecuing and enjoying the summer breeze.
* High ground floor (71 m2) offers a spacious and very nicely decorated living room with TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the necessary appliances, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a dining room, and a living room. The space is connected to the swimming pool and sunbathing area with sliding glass doors. There is also a separate toilet, and laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
* The 1st floor offers a Media room (17 sqm) with a sofa (can convert into a sofa bed for 2) TV, PS4, air conditioning, and a balcony with sea views. A Master bedroom No1 (18sqm) with king-size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with sea and pool views. A Bedroom NO2 (16sqm) with king-size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, partial sea views. A Bedroom NO3 (15sqm) with king-size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
* The 2nd floor is offering a Bedroom No4 (16sqm) with king-size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower and partial sea views; a Bedroom No5 (15sqm) with king-size bed 180x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious terrace (55 sqm) with spectacular sea views (approached by the indoor staircase) that offers a Whirlpool, a spacious sun deck area with 4 deck chairs, and a covered lounge corner, and this would be a perfect spot for lazy evenings with a glass of wine.
Villa Calma is positioned above the coastal road in Duće, and there are 2 garage places secured and 2 outdoor parking spots. The property size is 350 sqm and is fully fenced (the Villa itself is 319sqm) is located nearby the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and Cetina river (2 km far) that offers many sandy and pebble beach, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina River or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea which is very inviting. Famous town Split with its heritage and many historical attractions is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with a great old part of the center (Diocletian palace) and many cute restaurants and bars settled into the old narrow streets.
The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away like the previously mentioned famous town Split, or town Trogir 45min away, and up to a 1.5-hour drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, take the Skradin entrance. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (40km) and the best highway exit is Dugopolje-Split 36km.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
