Villa Matan has a private outdoor area with a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, a private pool with a sun terrace, and 6 sun loungers.
NOTE!! From the season 2024. Villa Matan offers an additional 3rd floor with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, cinema room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, AND a ground floor with where is a play area with billiard, darts, table tennis, toilet, and kitchenette.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay offers you an outdoor, fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, a private 28m2 pool with a sundeck area, and 6 lounge chairs.
The Interior offers two floors:
1st floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with a balcony that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with double bed and exit to the pool area, Bedroom No2 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
2nd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony, Bedroom No3 with double bed, Bedroom No4 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
3rd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with balcony, cinema room with PS5, Bedroom No5 with double bed, family bathrooms with shower and separate toilet.
Ground floor - Billiards, darts, table tennis, kitchenette and toilet.

Villa Matan is located in the small coastal town of Duće, 2 km from the town of Omis. From every corner of the villa, you have a fantastic view of the sea. The most beautiful sandy beach is only 200m far from the villa.
The villa is located 50m above sea level and is located 200m from beautiful sandy beaches & restaurants and shops. As the villa is located at a bit steep top of the road (50m), and because of that, you have an open sea view. The neighborhood is very friendly. Also, there are many activities such as Rafting, canyoning, boat trips, zip line ... this can be done on the river Cetina(2km), of course, there are also boat trips to different islands. The closest island is the island of Brac. There are many pebble and sandy beaches in the surrounding area. Hikes can also be undertaken by companies, Castle visits. There are many local restaurants in the old town of Omis, where you can try traditional Croatian cuisine.

Couldn't be better
A great location, clean and very modern furnished. Everything is really available as inventory.TOP,TOP,TOP! Bus stop in front of the door and supermarkets are also within walking distance. A great starting point for all kinds of trips. We are completely thrilled!

Unforgettable holiday

Fantastisch
Villa Bakota is met één woord fantastisch. Wij zijn hier een kleine week geweest met ons vieren (2 volwassen en 2 kinderen van 13 en 15 jaar) eind april. Het huis die bestaat uit 2 woonlagen is ruim (zeker omdat we maar met ons vieren waren) en is prachtig en ruim ingericht. De bedden liggen en slapen goed. Ook de buitenkeuken grenzend aan het zwembad geeft een gevoel van luxe met prachtig uitzicht.
We hebben het getroffen qua weer rond de 23 graden en ondanks dat het zwembad koud water heeft hebben we kunnen zwemmen en zonnen. In april zijn nog niet de strandtenten geopend. Wel is de restaurant / Shooko bar op loopafstand waar je jumbo pizza's en hamburgers kunt eten in een gezellige sfeer aan het water. Pizza's zijn een aanrader en ook de overheerlijke taartjes.
Petra is een goede en vriendelijk gastvrouw. Wij willen iedereen deze plek aanraden. Waar je rekening mee moet houden is dat de villa op een heuvel ligt en dat je vrij steil met de auto omhoog moet rijden. Als je dit eenmaal weet, is dat geen enkel probleem.

Schönes Haus mit coolem Pool
Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Zwei Wohnungen und in der Mitte trifft man sich am Pool. Abend kann man in der Sommerküche am Pool sitzen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, vor allem morgens früh mit eine Tasse Kaffee in der Hand. Von diesem Urlaub bleibt immer eine schöne Erinnerungen

Top-Wohnung mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann
So schön haben wir noch selten Urlaub gemacht: Moderne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage, eigener Hauspool mit Meerblick - am liebsten möchte man das Haus gar nicht verlassen. Einzige Wermutstropfen: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr steil und der Ort entlang der Straße ist sehr touristisch. Aber bei so einem schönen Quartier kann man das schon verschmerzen. ;-)
