Villa Matan is located in a small place Duće, only 2 km from the Mediterranean town Omiš, and has amazing sea and island views from every corner of the property. The villa is situated in a peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing holiday, while the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, and all the attractions of Omiš are easily accessible.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay, Villa Matan offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday with family or friends. Outside, you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors, a private 28m2 swimming pool with a spacious sundeck area, and 6 comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean surroundings and stunning sea views.
The interior offers three floors:
1st floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with a balcony that is connected to the pool area, creating a lovely open space where you can easily move between the indoor and outdoor areas. Bedroom No. 1 with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and direct exit to the pool area, Bedroom No. 2 with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), and two family bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. This floor is ideal for spending time together, with direct access to the pool and outdoor area.
2nd floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony and beautiful open sea views. Bedroom No. 3 with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm); Bedroom No. 4 with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm); and two family bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The living room on this floor is also equipped with a surround sound system and PlayStation 5, making it a great space for relaxing. The second living area provides additional space and privacy, making the villa especially convenient for larger families or two families traveling together.
Ground floor – A great entertainment area with billiards, darts, table tennis, a kitchenette, and a toilet. This is a perfect place to spend time together, especially in the evening or when you want a break from the sun and beach.
Pool area - the beautiful private pool area is one of the highlights of Villa Matan, offering the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the amazing sea and island views. The 28 m² private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with 6 comfortable lounge chairs, while part of the area is shaded, providing a pleasant place to relax during the hottest hours of the day. There is also a comfortable lounge corner, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The pool area also features a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional BBQ, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors. There is also a TV and a separate toilet.
Parking is available directly in front of the house, with two private parking spaces reserved exclusively for guests.
* The owner lives with his family on the last floor of the house. They have their own separate living area and do not use any part of the house or facilities intended for the guests. The pool, outdoor area, apartments, and entertainment area are exclusively for the guests, so you can enjoy your holiday with complete privacy. The owners are available if you need any help or assistance during your stay, while fully respecting your privacy.

Simply just great

Couldn't be better
A great location, clean and very modern furnished. Everything is really available as inventory.TOP,TOP,TOP! Bus stop in front of the door and supermarkets are also within walking distance. A great starting point for all kinds of trips. We are completely thrilled!

Unforgettable holiday

Fantastisch
Villa Bakota is fantastic in one word. We stayed here for a small week with the four of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 15) at the end of April. The house, which consists of 2 floors, is spacious (especially since there were only four of us) and beautifully and spaciously furnished. The beds are comfortable. The outdoor kitchen next to the pool provides a luxurious feeling with a beautiful view. We were lucky with the weather, around 23 degrees, and even though the pool has cold water, we were able to swim and sunbathe. In April, the beach bars are not yet open. However, the restaurant/Shooko bar is within walking distance where you can enjoy delicious jumbo pizzas and hamburgers in a cozy atmosphere by the water. The pizzas are recommended, as well as the delicious pastries.
Petra is a good and friendly hostess. We would recommend this place to everyone. What you need to take into account is that the villa is located on a hill and you have to drive up quite steeply with the car. Once you know this, it's not a problem.
