Description
Beautiful 3 room basement flat with terrace (sun from midday). The flat was completed in the summer of 2020 and turned into an oasis of well-being. It has an active ventilation system, which ensures a perfect climate. Children's playground with trampoline, slide etc. available. Free internet.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Gothen is 2 kilometres away from Heringsdorf. The pier, the Baltic Sea beach as well as the most beautiful restaurants and various leisure facilities can be found in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, which is only three kilometres away. Shops for daily needs can also be reached quickly by bicycle. Gothen is located on the Gothensee, which is a protected nature reserve. Peace and quiet are at home here. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity of the holiday village. One leads to the Wolgastsee lake in Korswandt, where there is a golf course. The village of Gothen belongs to Heringsdorf, one of the renowned imperial resorts. Our holiday flats are located in the countryside, in a rural idyll, away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from the seaside resort centre.

- § 5 Stornierung Nimmt der Gast die gemietete Ferienwohnung nicht in Anspruch, so bleibt er trotzdem zur Zahlung des vereinbarten Gesamtentgeltes verpflichtet. Der Gastgeber hat sich dabei allerdings ersparte Aufwendungen in Höhe von 20 % anrechnen zu lassen. Der Gastgeber ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, die nicht in Anspruch genommene Ferienwohnung nach Möglichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden. Sollte die Ferienwohnung anderweitig vermietet können, stellt der Gastgeber dem Gast 50 % Abwicklungsgebühr in Rechnung, ggf. zuzüglich eines Schadensausgleichs in der Höhe der Differenz zu einem geringeren Weitervermietungspreis. Es empfiehlt sich eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen. (Aufgrund `Coronalage` ist ein kostenfreies Stornieren möglich, sobald Sie nicht anreisen dürfen. )

Super Wohnung!!
Hallo! Die Ferienwohnung Gothen 3 ist super!Sie ist super eingerichtet,man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause.Sie ist groß und gemütlich.Familie Lembke/Herzog ist super nett,man kann jeder Zeit mit Ihnen reden,wenn man ein Problem hat oder was wissen möchte! Wir fühlen uns so wohl das wir schon ins gesamt 4mal dort waren,unser Sohn fühlt sich auch sehr wohl und hat gleich gefragt ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder fahren!Das machen wir natürlich auch! Also,wenn man Ruhe mag,die Natur und nicht gleich in Strandnähe sein möchte ist dies eine wunderschöne Gegend! Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! Liebe Grüße Kerstin,Lutz und Phil

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung. Auch die Lage ist super, wenn man, wie wir, gern mit dem Rad unterwegs ist. Nur ca. 2 km bis Heringsdorf. Absolut unkomplizierte, sehr nette Vermieter. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön,sauber,seht modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist groß und es sind reichlich Spiel Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse kann mann sich gut erholen und schön grillen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
