Description
The apartment is very modernly furnished, is located in the basement of our house, offers space for up to 4 guests on 80 sqm, and leaves nothing to be desired. The beautiful living kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, and coffee machine, makes self-catering a pleasure. The two bedrooms allow 4 guests a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with a large shower area and hairdryer is also available. Combine unforgettable hours on the covered, sunny terrace, equipped with a cozy beach chair, garden furniture, and a barbecue area with grill.
For the little ones, there is a beautiful children's playground with a large trampoline, climbing frame, sandbox, and swings. While the children play carefree, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.
Technical amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV are of course available. A private parking space is available directly in front of the property.
If you bring bicycles, you can store them in the covered area provided for this purpose. The property is secured with a permanently locked fence system.
If you wish to do laundry during longer stays, this is possible in our utility room.
The holiday apartment Gothen 3 is a non-smoking residence (for smokers there are ashtrays on the terrace). There is also the option for long-term rental – ideal for anyone who wants to escape everyday life and stay longer in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.
The price per night does not include the visitor’s tax. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Gothen is 2 kilometres away from Heringsdorf. The pier, the Baltic Sea beach as well as the most beautiful restaurants and various leisure facilities can be found in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, which is only three kilometres away. Shops for daily needs can also be reached quickly by bicycle. Gothen is located on the Gothensee, which is a protected nature reserve. Peace and quiet are at home here. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity of the holiday village. One leads to the Wolgastsee lake in Korswandt, where there is a golf course. The village of Gothen belongs to Heringsdorf, one of the renowned imperial resorts. Our holiday flats are located in the countryside, in a rural idyll, away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from the seaside resort centre.

Simply TOP!!!
We were in this vacation rental for a week. We felt very comfortable. Top furnished, modern, and with a lot of love! Very nice landlords! Quiet and "secluded" in the green away from the big hustle, Henningsdorf 2 km away. We will definitely come back!

beautiful apartment for families
A wonderfully planned last-minute vacation. We were 5 people. The apartment is well-maintained and everything works as it should. The garden is also perfect for playing for our little one (two and a half years old). The location/street is absolutely quiet, with a parking space in front of the house and also a bus stop a few meters away (which can be used for free due to the taxi, line 284). The landlords are very accommodating and were not noticeable during the vacation. We felt completely comfortable, and if we return to Usedom, we would be very happy to come back.

Super apartment!!
Hello! The Gothen 3 vacation apartment is great! It is well furnished, and you feel at home right away. It is large and cozy. The Lembke/Herzog family is very nice; you can talk to them anytime if you have a problem or want to know something! We feel so comfortable that we have already been there a total of 4 times, and our son feels very comfortable too and immediately asked if we are going again next year! Of course, we will! So, if you like peace, nature, and don’t want to be right by the beach, this is a beautiful area! We are already looking forward to next year! Best wishes, Kerstin, Lutz, and Phil.
