Beautiful 3-room basement apartment with terrace (sun from noon). The apartment was completed in the summer of 2020 and made into a comfort oasis. It has an active ventilation system, ensuring a perfect climate. 2 TVs + Netflix, children's playground with trampoline, slide, etc. available. Free internet.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Gothen is 2 kilometres away from Heringsdorf. The pier, the Baltic Sea beach as well as the most beautiful restaurants and various leisure facilities can be found in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, which is only three kilometres away. Shops for daily needs can also be reached quickly by bicycle. Gothen is located on the Gothensee, which is a protected nature reserve. Peace and quiet are at home here. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity of the holiday village. One leads to the Wolgastsee lake in Korswandt, where there is a golf course. The village of Gothen belongs to Heringsdorf, one of the renowned imperial resorts. Our holiday flats are located in the countryside, in a rural idyll, away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from the seaside resort centre.

Super apartment!!
Hello! The Gothen 3 vacation apartment is great! It is well furnished, and you feel at home right away. It is large and cozy. The Lembke/Herzog family is very nice; you can talk to them anytime if you have a problem or want to know something! We feel so comfortable that we have already been there a total of 4 times, and our son feels very comfortable too and immediately asked if we are going again next year! Of course, we will! So, if you like peace, nature, and don’t want to be right by the beach, this is a beautiful area! We are already looking forward to next year! Best wishes, Kerstin, Lutz, and Phil.

A wonderful vacation apartment. The location is great too, especially if you like to cycle as we do. Only about 2 km to Heringsdorf. Absolutely uncomplicated, very nice landlords. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable!

The vacation apartment is beautiful, clean, very modern, and well-equipped. The garden is large, and there are plenty of play opportunities available. On the terrace, one can relax well and grill nicely. The landlords are very nice and helpful.
