Description

The apartment is modernly furnished, located on the ground floor of our house, and offers space for up to 5 guests on 80 sqm. It leaves nothing to be desired.
The kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, and coffee machine, makes self-catering a pleasure. The two bedrooms allow 5 guests a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with a large shower area and hairdryer is also available. Combine unforgettable hours on the covered, sunny south-facing terrace with a view of the well-kept garden. Equipped with a cozy beach chair, garden furniture, and a barbecue area with grill.

For the little ones, there is a beautiful children's playground with a large trampoline, climbing frame, sandbox, and swings. While the children play carefree, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.

Technical amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV are of course available. A private parking space is available directly in front of the property.

If you bring bicycles, you can park them in the covered area provided for this purpose. The property is secured with a permanently locked fence system.

If you wish to do laundry during longer stays, this is possible in our utility room.
The holiday apartment Gothen 1 is a non-smoking residence (for smokers there are ashtrays on the terrace). There is also the option for long-term rental – ideal for anyone who wants to escape everyday life and stay longer in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

The price per night does not include the tourist tax. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

Dogs are allowed in this apartment. Please contact us before booking to discuss details.

Our holiday apartment is located in a green area, away from the hustle and bustle, yet not far from the seaside resort center. The pier as well as the most beautiful restaurants and various leisure activities can be found in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, just three kilometers away. Shops for daily needs are also quickly accessible by bicycle.

The holiday apartment offers an opportunity to spend a very relaxing vacation on the sunny island of Usedom.

a very beautiful family vacation with the Herzberg-Lembke family

Dear Family Herzberg-Lembke, thank you very much for allowing us to spend three weeks at your holiday apartment this year. The apartment is fully equipped, very tastefully and modernly furnished, and literally nothing was missing. Just great. The quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort, is perfectly suited for optimal relaxation. In short, we felt completely comfortable. The island of Usedom also offers a perfect environment for everyone: whether for bathing, shopping, hiking, or cycling, there is something for everyone. We were certainly not here for the last time. Perfekte Ferienwohnung

A few years ago, we were already on Usedom. Inspired by that, I went in search of a short break on Usedom. That's when I discovered this holiday apartment. I was immediately impressed by the pictures. I called the landlord right away. A slot was still available, booked immediately. Not everything on the internet is always real. But here it is 100% accurate. The apartment is very modern, EVERYTHING as seen in the pictures is real. Great, modern bathroom. A very modern kitchen. The living area is modern and spacious. Flat screen TV, leather couch, recliner, etc. The terrace with a beach chair is also very inviting. All in all, in our opinion, a perfect holiday apartment.

Dear Herzberg-Lembke Family, we had a great time at your place. Your apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and cozy. The terrace with the beach chair is just great. The location of your apartment is wonderfully situated in a green and quiet area. Since we brought our dog, we couldn't have found anything better. The short distance to Heringsdorf, about 3 km, is also not a problem with the bike. If we come back to Usedom, we will definitely try to book your apartment again.

Many thanks to the Herzberg-Lembke family.

They were great hosts, we felt very comfortable with them. Therefore, a 1+ with lots of stars. As for the apartment, we can only say: extremely good, modern and lovingly furnished. Great kitchen, everything a self-caterer needs. The bathroom is super modern, simply fantastic. And not to forget the wonderful beach chair on the terrace, even on cool days wrapped in a cozy blanket wonderfully. Before this turns into a novel, we will conclude our post and once again say a big thank you to the Herzberg-Lembke family. If our path leads us back to Usedom, we would gladly be your guests.

Lovely vacation with the Herzberg-Lembke family

We spent a very nice holiday with the Herzberg-Lembke family. Their holiday apartments are highly recommended, modernly furnished and very well maintained. Especially pleasing is the option to book with a dog. Such holiday accommodations are unfortunately hard to find. The village of Gothen is about 3 kilometers from the beach. For those who enjoy walking, a beautiful landscape with many horses awaits. All shopping opportunities are just a short drive away. Ideal area for cycling tours to relax. We would love to come back next year.

Nice vacation in the town of Gothen with the Herzberg-Lembke family.

Dear Family Herzberg-Lembke, Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your great holiday apartment! ! ! We were warmly welcomed by you and felt very comfortable. You were very helpful and always available for questions. The holiday apartment is superbly equipped. Especially the kitchen leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled with a dishwasher, induction stove, and modern appliances. We also found the location ideal.
