Our sunny, comfortable holiday flat in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf is located approx. 800 m from the beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of the centre, close to the forest - the gateway to the beautiful hinterland of the island of Usedom. It is designed for two persons. An extra bed for a cot is possible. You can also bring your dog with you.
We provide a parking space free of charge for the duration of your stay. The price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels.

The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town centre and close to the edge of the forest. The Baltic Sea beach and the famous pier are about 800m away. Shopping facilities, train, bus and numerous restaurants
are within walking distance. The Baltic resort of Heringsdorf is a sophisticated spa resort on the island of Usedom. It is located in the east of the island of Usedom, not far from the border with Poland, surrounded by the Baltic Sea, Schmollen Lake and mixed beech forests. The beautiful landscape has already fascinated many celebrities from the worlds of art and politics, even emperors and kings. Heringsdorf is also known as the "bathtub" of Berlin.
You can take advantage of numerous sports and leisure opportunities such as cycling, hiking, golfing, horse riding, fishing as well as a wide range of cultural activities.

Oasis of peace and nature.
In June 2023, we spent wonderful vacation days at Mrs. Trantow's. The landlady lives in the same house and always had an open ear for our questions and wishes. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Heringsdorf, a beautiful natural garden borders the terrace, and the blossoms were balm for our souls. We watched the birds drinking from the small garden pond and enjoyed their singing. Additionally, we were able to use the abundant herb selection in the garden upon request. Thanks to Mrs. Trantow, we would love to come back.

Super holiday
We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. The flat was just as we imagined it. Mrs Trantow is a very nice landlady. We would like to come back again. We can recommend the flat to others. Best regards to her brother and wife.

Super Urlaub
We had a great holiday with the Trantow family. The apartment matched our expectations and was identical to the pictures on the internet. A cot was also provided for our 6-year-old son. We did not miss anything in the apartment. We will definitely come back. The landlords were also super friendly. It was not the last time we were there. Beautiful holiday in Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom
We really enjoyed our days in Heringsdorf. The vacation rental met our expectations. It is conceptually and functionally well equipped. The price-performance ratio is convincing. The terrace belonging to the vacation rental is ideal for relaxing, especially since a beach chair invites you to sunbathe. We will definitely come back!

Caution!!
Do not make a deposit. Photos and reality do not match. Upon arrival, we could not reach anyone for key handover (the condition of the exterior made us flee). No money was refunded. However, we found a great vacation rental.

Dieser Verdacht liegt nahe, wenn Herr Ralf Zymelka die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung bewertet, ohne Sie selbst gesehen zu haben. Laut unserer Website. ist die Anreise ab 14:00 Uhr möglich.
Um 18:30 Uhr standen zwei Frauen, davon eine sehr erregt, vor der Haustür, und behaupteten, dass sie bereits um 11:15 Uhr die Ferienwohnung beziehen wollten und Niemanden antrafen. Bei vorzeitiger Anreise hätten Sie sich entweder vorher telefonisch anmelden oder sich ab 14::00 Uhr wieder einfinden können.
Die Anzahlung von 40,- Euro deckt die Kosten von Grundreinigung und Management.
Sollten Sie weiterhin wissentlich falsche Aussagen treffen, müssen Sie mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen rechnen. Jeder Gast kann sich im Voraus die Ferienwohnung gern anschauen. Inzwischen haben wir seit vielen Jahren treue und sehr zufriedene Stammgäste.
