Description

We wanted to continue the tradition of renting holiday apartments for bathers and decided to add on to our own home in 2011-2012.
Thus, we were able to welcome our first guests in the summer of 2013.
If you want to explore the Peenestrom, we offer you a small plastic boat to row, the price is 10,00 € per day. (7 days=50€)
You are welcome to use our small laundry room for processing the fish, a freezer is also available so that the fish stays nice and fresh until your departure.

The fisherman's flat 1 is located in the idyllic farming and fishing village of Zecherin.
From the B 111 via Mölschow or Mahlzow, a country road leads to Zecherin in the direction of the Peenestrom.
The nearest beach is in Trassenheide, approx. 5.0 km away.
You can reach the following places in a short time:
Mölschow approx. 2 km (railway station), Karlshagen approx. 8 km, Wolgast approx. 5.7 km
Zinnowitz approx. 9.2 km

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

If the cancellation occurs after the 30 days, the deposit will be retained (cancellation fees). However, if the canceled apartment is rented out, you will get your deposit back.

We provide you with free of charge: W-Lan, parking space directly in front of the flat, barbecue, and children's equipment.
If you wish, you can pay with us, contactless by bank transfer before arrival.
Pets are possible on request and at an extra charge.
You will receive bed linen and towels for a fee.
The rental fee for bed linen is 10,00 € and towels 3,50 €.
Zecherin invites you to fish and relax.
We have one of the most beautiful harbours on the island of Usedom.
The sports boat harbour offers the following services:
Water moorings, winter storage, trailering, guided fishing tours, boat hire.
Please note that this is only possible by prior arrangement if necessary.
From the Zecherin harbour, a popular cycle path begins along the Peene River.
The route leads past meadows, ditches and fields, passes the Karlshagen marina and finally ends in historic Peenemünde.

Beautiful holiday flat

We have been here again for the second time, the garden and the view are a dream (: very comfortable rooms except for the cooker which might need to be renewed (
Travelling by car would be best Trassenheide - Koserow - Zinnowtz are not far away and really need to be visited (
