The charming 4*- Villa (last renovated in 2024) offers the best relaxation in a sophisticated atmosphere. Only you and your traveling companions will live in the house, and the property is completely private and available only to you.
Located in an absolutely quiet area, directly by the water, you will experience everything from magnificent sunsets over the Peene river to sea eagles soaring above the house, a lot of nature and tranquility! We prioritize sustainability: A state-of-the-art wood pellet heating system provides warmth, a highly efficient air-to-water heat pump generates hot water, and the electricity comes from the house's photovoltaic system. A charging station for your electric car is available on the property for a fee.
A highlight is the barrel sauna (for up to 8 guests), guaranteeing relaxation and comfort (€15 per day), followed by a garden solar shower. Bicycles (GIANT TOURER/8-speed/lock/bicycle basket/helmet/child seat and children's helmet) are available for €35.00 per week.
The house is situated on a 1,600 sqm fenced garden property and is completely at your disposal. There are ample parking spaces directly on the property. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality beds, partly also with box-spring beds and each with an ALEXA. You have access to 7 bedrooms, two kitchens, four bathrooms with toilets (one of them with a large corner bathtub, toilet paper included), a living room with a dining table (extendable for up to 16 seats) and the heated winter garden on a total of three floors with 230 square meters.
The Wi-Fi high-speed internet with 100 mBit/s is free of charge.

On cool evenings, sit in the large heated conservatory facing the Peene River and feel as if you are in the great outdoors. Here, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset with a glass of wine. On mild summer evenings, you sit in your own garden terrace in the beach chair and watch the birds or the large ships on the Peenestrom.
Parking spaces and garages are sufficiently available directly on the property.
On each floor, they find a wood stove. The firewood is included. In the garden, two terraces are available to you. Equipped with garden furniture, sun umbrellas, and the special highlight “Joe's Barbecue Smoker” for perfect barbecue evenings. Another great pleasure is the solar shower in the garden!
From both terraces, one has a picturesque view of the Peene River.
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.
Available to you are
a ping-pong table, a climbing and playground structure, two cross go-karts with air-filled tires (for ages 6 to 99), a foosball table, an electronic soft-tip dartboard, and a giant trampoline for free use. Both kitchens are high-quality and equipped with all essential electrical appliances (refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machines, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bread slicer, blender, ample dishes/cutlery, and other small kitchen appliances). Spices, vinegar, and oil are available. The house has three flatscreen smart TVs, ALEXA in every room, and Hi-Fi compact systems. A vacuum cleaner and a washer/dryer (2 € per use) are available.
The house is lovingly, modernly, and high-quality furnished and equipped.
Utility costs (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi internet 100mBit/s) are included in the price.
The wide, fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea at the Baltic resorts Karlshagen or Trassenheide can be reached in 7 minutes by car. There, you will also find numerous restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, and plenty of hustle and bustle. However, you will appreciate being able to return to your quiet holiday home via a short route! By the way, the marina of the fishing village Zecherin is located 110 meters from the house. There you will find a swimming area and the opportunity to fish, rent a boat, book guided fishing tours, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the harbor. As a tip: from the harbor, you can take a fantastic dike walk to the Karlshagen marina and reward yourself there with an ice cream or even have a proper lunch or dinner.

The house is located in the quiet fishing village of Zecherin right on the Peenestrom. The lively Zinnowitz with restaurants, boutiques, and bars is about 15 minutes away by car. Directly by the house, there is a bike path along which you can explore the entire island. The idyllic yacht and fishing boat harbor is only a few meters away. From here, you can embark on adventurous tours with your own or rented boat. Swimming and fishing would be another alternative way to spend their time well.
