Description
The very quaint typical Spanish holiday home is located on a wide canal with boat mooring 12.5 meters.
The outdoor area is very spacious, also the pool of 4 x 8 meters. Directly adjacent to the pool is an outdoor shower hot / cold.
On the completely walled property can be parked 2 cars. The accommodation is suitable for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with beds 1.80 x 1.90 and one bedroom in the tower 1.30 x 1.80
There is air conditioning in the living room which can be hired for 40.00 per week if required.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower, in the bathroom with shower there is also the washing machine. In the covered terrace is a large charcoal grill available, here you can even grill if it should rain.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and gas oven, a large refrigerator with separate freezer and various kitchen appliances
