This small and cosy holiday home (approx. 60 sqm), plot approx. 300 sqm has both a great covered pool terrace and a green garden area.
Everything on one level. Nothing is missing in this house, no matter if air conditioning (in both bedrooms and in the living room), washing machine, dishwasher, pool heating, no wishes remain open. The special feature of the pool area is that it can be completely closed off. Therefore also suitable for families with small children who cannot swim yet. In the rear garden area there is a large mulberry tree which provides great shade, the terrace by the pool has an electric awning, there is an outdoor shower hot and cold in the garden area, also a large charcoal barbecue.
