In advance; Our booking calendars are always released starting in November, as we must first wait for the utility bill from the campsite for the following season.
A holiday apartment on the water, our houseboat "Brockenhexe", firmly anchored at the harbor, directly on the Plauer See-Havelland, invites you to linger and relax. From here you can dive directly into the water via a bathing ladder. Our little Brockenhexe offers space for 2 people in a double bed, an extra bed on the sofa bed is possible. It features a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin, a small kitchenette with refrigerator, gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, mini oven and various kitchen utensils, a small living area with sofa bed, table, television, a covered outdoor terrace with table, chairs, grill. Our houseboat is suitable for rental by 2 adults and possibly 2 children. Pets are not allowed. For more than 2 people, the size of the houseboat should be taken into account. The terrace offers seating for 4 people.
As renovation work is still ongoing, not all details can currently be shown in pictures. Pictures in the gallery were taken before the renovation. The sleeping area and the living area with kitchenette remain unchanged. In the bathroom, the shower will be removed and an additional cupboard installed, as most guests prefer swimming in the Plauer See. For showering, a separate building on the campsite can be used, directly in front of the jetty complex. Our terrace will be fully covered and equipped with transparent tarpaulins, which can be opened or closed at any time depending on the weather. This way, sitting outside directly on the water is always possible and you have a wonderful view over the water with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will update our pictures immediately after the renovations; we ask for a little patience, as we are only allowed to make changes at the marina after the season. Our houseboat is not barrier-free and should be rented by people who are good on their feet. You have to get onto the houseboat from the jetty, and inside it is difficult to walk with walking aids, please take this into consideration.
Please note regarding the equipment that some services are only available for a fee through the campsite and are not part of the basic equipment. Due to a normal power line provided by the marina, it is not possible to connect additional devices. We ask all guests to use only the existing devices in order to avoid increased power consumption and prevent overvoltage. Thank you.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday cottages Pitti 1-5 are located at the Plaue campsite, a little outside between Plaue and Brandenburg. The site itself describes itself as a nature campsite, as it is far away from the city noise and is situated in a secluded location on Lake Plauer See. Plauer See belongs to the Havel area, which includes several small lakes that line up and make up the Havel area with beautiful fauna and flora, ideally suited for water sports enthusiasts. For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8km away and Plaue about 3km. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask our guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser or Neubensdorf and the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season (April-October) from Monday to Sunday. There are several small beaches on the site, and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed. However, please remember the leash requirement, as small children may also be at this beach. The leash requirement applies throughout the entire site and must be observed; this applies to both small and large dogs. On the site there is a volleyball court, trampolines, table tennis tables, and a small playground. Our Pitti holiday cottages are located at the rear end of the campsite in a very quiet location with a view of the water. In addition to the main entrance for arrival, there is also a small back exit from the site (for pedestrians) for walking or simply exploring the area. From the back exit, you can walk along the water in 10 minutes to the Plauer Fischer, who offers fresh fish from Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is a small snack bar and the option to eat on site or take fish away. Otherwise, the Plauer Fischer is also directly in Plaue about 3km away, just behind the large bridge with very good offers.
A small massage salon and foot care are available on the campsite and can be used by appointment. A price list with telephone number is available in the house.
If you wish to arrive by motorboat, please be sure to arrange this personally with the marina in advance if you want a berth at the jetty. The marina does not belong to the campsite and is privately operated on the site. Unfortunately, motorboats or trailers cannot be parked at our houses, as we do not have the necessary space. If you arrive with a boat and trailer, this must be registered with the campsite, as separate parking spaces must be rented for parking. Only canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards can be parked directly at the rented property without disturbing other guests. The small beach for launching "non-motorized" boats is about 100m from the houses, all other boats "with motor" only via the main beach at the entrance to the site. If you arrive by car, there is a large parking lot behind our houses. There is no right to a fixed parking space, it is free choice of space, and parking directly at the houses is not possible due to space limitations. For loading and unloading, you can park briefly at the edge and we provide a handcart for luggage.
Plauer See is one of many lakes that line up and make up the Havel area, from Beelitzer See, Wusterwitzer See, Quenzsee, Breitling See, Möserscher See, etc. Here you can go on kilometer-long paddle tours in beautiful natural surroundings or discover much more of the area by motorboat. From Brandenburg, various steamboat trips are offered to explore the area.
If you do not necessarily want to be on the water, you can also explore the area by bike. The cycle paths are well developed and relatively flat without major inclines. If you do not want or cannot bring your own bike, you have the option to rent a bicycle at the campsite reception. The services of the campsite can be used at the reception for the corresponding fees.
Starting in 2027, our House 1 will close for rental and will only serve as a contact point. Our guests can reach us there for key handover at arrival and departure or for other concerns.
Originally, a replacement rental was planned, which we had already reported on, but unfortunately this project has now failed.

| Object price, no person price! Up to 4 persons possible, no more, as no extra bed can be provided. Please bring towels and tea towels. Bring everything for the dog if you are travelling with a dog. 1 dog per bungalow!! No fighting dogs, cats or other pets. Note on our own behalf and at the request of some guests. Our bungalows are small tiny houses. These may not be suitable for every person. Please also note the bed size. Heavily overweight people have had their problems in the past. Thank you for your understanding! During the summer holidays only weekly from Sunday-Sunday. (7,14,21 etc. days) The base price is always calculated from the minimum overnight stay for 4 people, even if fewer people arrive or fewer nights are booked in the respective season. We advise you to bring bathing shoes for the beach, because of sharp shells. You have the possibility to request a price overview for all 5 bungalows in order to find the most suitable one for you. All utilities, as follows are included: Electricity, water/sewage, rubbish, parking, shared use of the campsite, bed linen and final cleaning. Dogs extra. W-Lan only possible via reception of the campsite for a fee. |

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation by the Tenant.** Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price; 29-14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; 13-7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. **House Rules:** Are provided and form part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address with the names of all tenants is required for a booking.

We ask our guests to remember all items for daily use, as the nearest shopping opportunity is in Plaue. There are no shopping facilities at the campsite. However, fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered in the site’s restaurant and picked up in the morning between 8:30-10:00 am. (Always sign up the day before on a list provided.)
Bed linen is provided and made up for the registered persons upon rental. Towels and dish towels must be brought by guests themselves. It is not permitted to arrive with more people than registered or to accommodate overnight guests. A deposit is required in addition to the rental price, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided all rental conditions have been met. When booking, terms and conditions with house rules will be attached, and we ask you to read and observe them, as we also have to comply with the marina regulations.
A stand-up paddleboard can be provided for our guests, so the lake can be explored with fun and an extra piece of luggage is not necessary. However, due to space reasons, only 1 board will be available.
The main beach opposite the reception can be used at any time. Boat trips (steamboat trips) are possible from Brandenburg with various tours to get to know the surrounding lakes, and motorboats can also be rented in Brandenburg. If guests wish to arrive with their own small motorboat to explore the area more extensively, this must be arranged with the marina in advance. Boat berths are provided exclusively by the marina; we and the campsite have no influence over this. Parking a trailer must be arranged with the campsite, as the marina itself does not have any outside parking spaces. It is the guest’s responsibility to arrange this independently. The campsite and the marina are two separate, independently operated companies. Please note that there will be no mediation between the two companies. By the way, the houseboat got its name because we, Holger and Katrin Bittner, come from the Harz region, grew up at the foot of the Brocken, and still have our main residence there. We rent out the houseboat only during the season, from April to September, and during this time we also live permanently at the campsite, where we also rent out 4 holiday homes from April to October; Pittis Häuschen No. 2-5 for up to 4 people. Feel free to check them out as well if you are interested in booking a permanent holiday home directly at Lake Plauer. Our houseboat is located at the entrance to the campsite and our cottages are at the far end of the site.

Everything's great.
We had a very nice time. There is nothing to complain about. Even when a friend came to visit us and stayed a few nights, there were no problems at all. The surroundings are fantastic and untouched by nature.
We will definitely be happy to come back and are already looking forward to it.

A very beautiful, clean and cozy vacation home. It is wonderfully situated, you can see the sunset. Beautiful. Unfortunately, the television is a bit too small. But you come here to relax, not to watch TV. The landlords are also super nice. We would love to come back.
