Description
On 25m² of indoor space there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, a modern bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower, a kitchenette with all kinds of kitchen appliances, enough dishes and cutlery, a living area with a seating corner for 4 people, a couch, television, various games and books for leisure activities. In the outdoor area, directly by the terrace, there is a sleeping barrel in which 2 more people can stay.

Location and surroundings of object
Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask our guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser, or Neubensdorf and the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season from Monday to Sunday. There are several small beaches on the site, and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed.

| Object price, no person price! Up to 4 persons possible, no more, as no extra bed can be provided. Please bring towels and tea towels. Bring everything for the dog if you are travelling with a dog. 1 dog per bungalow!! No fighting dogs, cats or other pets. Note on our own behalf and at the request of some guests. Our bungalows are small tiny houses. These may not be suitable for every person. Please also note the bed size. Heavily overweight people have had their problems in the past. Thank you for your understanding! During the summer holidays only weekly from Sunday-Sunday. (7,14,21 etc. days) The base price is always calculated from the minimum overnight stay for 4 people, even if fewer people arrive or fewer nights are booked in the respective season. We advise you to bring bathing shoes for the beach, because of sharp shells. You have the possibility to request a price overview for all 5 bungalows in order to find the most suitable one for you. All utilities, as follows are included: Electricity, water/sewage, rubbish, parking, shared use of the campsite, bed linen and final cleaning. Dogs extra. W-Lan only possible via reception of the campsite for a fee. |

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: We charge a fee of €20.00 if a contract has been concluded, for services rendered up to that point and for refunds of amounts paid up to that point. This fee will be deducted from the payment already made. If canceled up to 3 weeks before check-in, the remaining amount already paid will be refunded. For cancellations 21-10 days before check-in, 75% of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations 10-3 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded, and for less than 3 days, there will be no refund. A deposit is due within 7 days after booking confirmation. The second installment is due 3 weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, please refer to the booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Pitti's cottages consist of a total of 4 holiday houses and a mobile home. Feel free to also take a look at our other houses to possibly find a date if No. 1 is occupied. Our holiday houses are divided differently and have different prices. For group bookings, the price per house always applies. Due to space limitations, no more people can be accommodated than there are sleeping places available in the respective house. Please register all overnight guests. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the houses and up to 6 people in the mobile home. Please note the size of our houses and beds to avoid misunderstandings. One dog is allowed per house, due to the size of our houses and because our houses are close together. A one-time fee of €15.00 will be charged for the dog, regardless of how many days you book with us.

Everything's great.
We had a very nice time. There is nothing to complain about. Even when a friend came to visit us and stayed a few nights, there were no problems at all. The surroundings are fantastic and untouched by nature.
We will definitely be happy to come back and are already looking forward to it.

Thank you for the beautiful and relaxing week we were able to experience in your Pitti cottages. The location is simply great with a view of the water. A very beautiful, clean and cozy vacation home. It is wonderfully situated, you can see the sunset. Beautiful. Unfortunately, the television is a bit too small. But you come here to relax, not to watch TV. The landlords are also super nice. We would love to come back.

Very good facilities for relaxing hours
In the lovingly furnished cottage you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The entire complex is well-maintained and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the wind-protected terrace with a good view of the lake. Many thanks to the Bittner family.
