This super nice studio for 2 people is located in a quiet street in Westkapelle and is ideal if you want to enjoy your well-deserved holiday by the sea in Zeeland! From the studio you are just a stone's throw away from the lake "De Kreek" and a little further you are at the beach. The village is also within walking distance from the holiday home.
The holiday home in Westkapelle has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4-ring hob + several pans, fridge with freezer compartment and a combination microwave. There is also a kettle and a coffee maker for loose coffee with timer function. The system can be set so that you wake up in the morning with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee!
Next, you will find the dining table for 2 to enjoy your homemade breakfast! The patio doors make you feel like you are outside enjoying your coffee.
In the sleeping area, you will find two comfortable 1-person sleeper sofas. Here you will also find a TV, so you can relax after an eventful day in beautiful Walcheren.
The bathroom has a very spacious shower, a bath unit with mirror cabinet and toilet. You can easily store your belongings.
You can book a luxurious linen package for only €10,- p.p.. If you choose this option, you can enjoy some extra luxury during your holiday! The beds are made on arrival, the bathroom has towels, a bath mat, 2 guest towels and hand soap ready for you and the kitchen is equipped with kitchen towels.
On your private terrace you can enjoy the evening sun in one of the two chairs or have a drink at the large dining table. There is also a parasol for those hot summer days.
You can park your car on the street for free.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
