This charming holiday home is centrally located and ideal for your holiday by the sea in Zeeland! The house is located in a quiet residential area right next to the windmill in Westkapelle, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

The house has a complete living programme on the ground floor. Through the garden doors you enter the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, including a cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Internet is available free of charge.There is a separate spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200) with separate duvets. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The spacious bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink with plenty of space for your toiletries.
In front of the house you have your own terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun with a view of the mill. There is an enclosed courtyard where you can safely store your brought or rented bicycles. You can park your car in front of the house on a private plot.

Westkapelle is a beautiful place to spend both your summer and winter holiday in Zeeland. Westkapelle is located at the westernmost point of the Netherlands and is surrounded by the salt water of the Westerschelde and the North Sea on the north, west and south sides!
The most famous place in Westkapelle is the Zeedijk, which, together with the dunes, protects the village from the water. Tourists like to climb this dike to enjoy the beautiful view of the waves, the ships and the gorgeous sunset. So a visit during your holiday in Westkapelle is definitely worthwhile!
If you turn towards the village, you will see the characteristic red roofs of all the houses and holiday flats in Westkapelle, which makes for a fascinating picture!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

South of the village begins a 12-kilometre-long sandy beach that stretches all the way to Dishoek and Zoutelande! The highest dunes in the Netherlands begin in Zoutelande, where you can go for a nice hike or bike ride.
Westkapelle, together with the towns of Dishoek and Zoutelande form the 'Zeeuwse Riviera'. The ideal destinations for all beach lovers!
The beaches have various facilities such as playgrounds, shower and toilet facilities and beach bars where you can enjoy a snack and a drink in between. Ideal if you want to spend a holiday in Walcheren with your family or relatives.
Your dog is also welcome on the beach in Westkapelle all year round and only needs to be leashed between 10:00 and 18:00 from May to September!
