Wonderful time out with dog

We had a wonderful time in January, just the two of us with our dog Max, and were able to enjoy the cozy forest house... You feel at home from the beginning, and we especially loved the wooden sauna with its magnificent view. But we also explored the forest lake and the small hiking trails around it with enthusiasm. A car is definitely needed... and one should know that the path from the forest lake to the house goes uphill a bit.

In a difficult time for us, we were able to recharge a lot of strength and energy. It was really great and we would love to come back!

Break over Christmas and New Year's Eve

We had very beautiful, relaxed, restful, and stress-free days at the forest house. Although the house is located in a holiday village, it was very quiet. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden very much. The lake is only about 400 m away from the forest house. Thank you very much to Angelina and her family.

Advent vacation in the forest house in the Eifel

We stayed at the Waldhaus for 12 days and felt very comfortable. The landlady, Mrs. Krupica, is very nice and the key handover on arrival and departure was very uncomplicated. On arrival, there were treats for our dog on the table. We love such small gestures. The garden is completely fenced so that the dog cannot escape. The Waldhaus is located at the end of a street and therefore very quiet. When we were there, there was not much going on in the holiday village, but we were also looking for peace and quiet. The icing on the cake is the barrel sauna in the garden. The equipment is completely sufficient, we didn't miss anything and the house is very spacious. We will come back.

Break in the Eifel

We were allowed to spend a relaxing week in the "Waldhaus" at the beginning of December and felt very comfortable. The well-kept wooden house, which is open at the top, created a cozy atmosphere and you could comfortably snuggle up after walks. Since it was already quite cold outside, the sauna contributed to our well-being. Even our two furry friends had no complaints and felt right at home. The friendly landlords were always available and happy to help.

There is still a lot to explore in the surrounding area and we will be happy to come back.

Come in and feel good.

We wanted to spend a few days with our dog and relax, the forest house was just the right thing! You come in and immediately feel comfortable! Beautiful wooden house, beautifully furnished, the decorations are harmonious and lovingly done, I felt at home right away. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen was well equipped! There were even 2 coffee machines, one for pads, one for filter coffee, which was great for us as coffee addicts, but a tea after the sauna was also very pleasant. The location is also very nice, directly for walking towards the Eifel dream paths or down to the forest lake. Everything was super clean and well equipped. Very nice landlords, who are also available for questions! We will gladly come back!! A holiday cottage for families with dogs, or romantic as a couple, or with children!

Very beautiful holiday home

We and our four-legged friend were warmly welcomed. The holiday home is very cozy and beautifully furnished. The fully fenced garden was a dream for our dog. The location and the view are beautiful. Some hiking trails are practically right in front of the door and in the evening you can relax in the sauna. Highly recommended to switch off from the hectic everyday life.

Very nice holiday home

We were warmly welcomed by the landlords. The holiday house has a great location and is lovingly furnished. It was ideal for our dogs because the property was completely fenced. There are many beautiful destinations in the area. Everything was great.

Great vacation house

The vacation home is great. Everything is very clean and the facilities are great. The location is amazing, the view from the terrace during breakfast- priceless. The landlords are great, very likeable and always reachable. They also provided great excursion tips. We will be back.

Very nice house. If you like peace and quiet, you will love it.

We would have a very warm welcome from the landlords. It is very nice there and the sauna is amazing. From here you can go on beautiful hikes. We can 100% recommend the restaurant by the lake (not the pizzeria), it is super delicious. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

To feel good

We immediately felt comfortable in the forest house. Very nice layout of the rooms. The highlight was the large sauna, which we used daily. Our dog could romp around in the garden, everything fenced. Very friendly landlords! We will definitely come back!

We spent a week with dogs in the forest house. It was simply wonderful. A great house in a mega location. Our highlight was the garden, the grill, and the sauna house. Two- and four-legged friends felt more than comfortable. Many regards to the landlords.

Top House

A beautiful, extremely clean holiday home with a ski lodge flair.
Incredibly cosy with a fantastic view - also from the sauna.
Everything is very lovingly furnished.
The property is completely fenced. Our dogs felt right at home here.
If you love peace and quiet, this is the place for you!
We can recommend this accommodation 100%. Anyone who has "lived" here once will definitely come back.
A big THANK YOU goes to the landlords Angelina and Björn Krupica. This friendliness of the two of them is something you find far too seldom in this day and age. We felt as if we had known them forever.
Since we can't stop raving about this accommodation, here's a little tip: go there and enjoy!

Gemütliches Holzhaus mit Sauna

Wir können das Ferienhaus von Familie Krupica zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Das Holzhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich in toller Lage direkt am Waldrand in dem kleinen Ferienpark am Waldsee in Rieden.
Als absolutes Highlight gibt es eine private Holzsauna im Garten.
Der Kontakt zu Familie Krupica war jederzeit unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich.
Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Very nice holiday home

We felt at home from the first moment. The key handover/welcome was very warm, the house lovingly and comfortably furnished. The landlords would have been available at any time in case of problems, but there were no problems/complaints on our part.
The holiday home is in a quiet location on a small lake. Great excursion destinations and hiking trails in the direct vicinity.
We will be very happy to come back!

great holiday

Thank you to the Krupica family for a wonderful holiday in their house, we felt very comfortable and still do ;)


We were greeted very nicely and all the features of the house were explained to us, plus there were some hiking tips on top. So far we have been lucky with the weather, not so warm but dry, except for today, but that's nature and we want to enjoy nature with our pelt-nose and relax. Only with the rain - you can't sit outside, here it might be an idea to put up a canopy or a rain roof. Also for people who are not so good on foot, the great accommodation is not suitable because it is on the mountain and without a car it is very difficult to get up here. Otherwise, it is 100% recommendable here, come and feel as comfortable as we do. Thomas, Brigitte and Benny the pelt-nose

Auszeit am Waldsee mit wunderschöner Sauna

Als kleine Familie mit einer knapp 3 jährigen Tochter und Hund hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche mit allen Wetterlagen.
Da es im Waldhaus an nichts fehlte (Sauna mit Panoramablick, Küche, Internet-TV) und einer ereignisreichen Umgebung (Wandern, Radfahren, Spielplätzen, Schwimmbad im Mayen) können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Tolles Waldhaus am See♡

Wir haben uns in diesem Waldhaus am See sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen ♡
Man betritt dieses Haus und fühlt sich einfach Zuhause.
Die Natur ist wunderschön und wir haben diese Ruhe so genossen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und dieses Haus ist wirklich jedem ans Herz zu legen, der ein paar Tage Entspannung und Auszeit vom Alltag möchte.

Tolles Haus!!!!!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben ein schönes langes Wochenende im Waldhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar. Sauna war super! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren als 2 Pärchen und Hund übers Wochenende zu Gast im Waldhaus und haben es direkt lieben gelernt ! 
Die Gastgeber waren unheimlich freundlich, locker und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns am Haus empfangen und verabschiedet und alles lief sehr unkompliziert und persönlich ab. 
Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sondern überzeugt allein durch den gemütlichen Holzhaus-Charme. 
Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, ganz zu schweigen von der schönen Sauna im Garten. 
Die Lage ist ebenfalls unglaublich ruhig und bietet den perfekten Ort für gemütliche Tage und ausgiebige Spaziergänge. 
Grade für Hundebesitzer eine absolute Empfehlung ( Hundekörbchen und Snacks standen bereit).
Alles in allem wirklich eine bezaubernde  Unterkunft und sympathische Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Waldhaus verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und haben uns sehr nett empfangen und auch verabschiedet.
Die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt und es uns danach gemütlich im Haus gemacht.
Unser Hund war bei der Ruhe noch entspannter als zu Hause.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und haben das Haus schon writer empfohlen.

Fühlen wie Zuhause im Waldhaus

Wir waren zu Zweit mit unserem Hund Max für 10 Tage im Waldhaus und fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick so wohl. Das Haus strahlt so eine Behaglichkeit aus, ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer herrlichen Gegend für allerlei Unternehmungen in der herrlichen Natur. Auch die Mosel ist nicht weit... Was soll man mehr sagen? Einfach klasse, dazu noch super nette Vermieter, was willst du mehr... Und das nächste Mal kommen wir mit Kindern und Enkel, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden.

Great for switching off

We had a super nice time in the Waldhaus. We didn't miss anything in the equipment and what should be especially emphasised was the great hospitality towards our dog. We felt very comfortable in the house and the sauna was also very good when it rained :-). Apart from that, the location of the house is also very recommendable. The beautiful lake and hiking trails are right outside the door. But you can also quickly get to the volcano region or the wine region, so you could do a lot of different things. We would love to come back.

Toller Familienurlaub in wunderschönem Ferienhaus

Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich im Urlaub empfangen wie im Waldhaus!

Wanderurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb des Waldsees in Rieden und hat einen großzügigen, eingezäunten Garten, so dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten.
Die Besitzer sind total freundlich und haben das Haus mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die umliegenden Wanderpfade sind „traumhaft“ und immer abwechslungsreich.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Entspannungsurlaub

Das "Waldhaus" ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, insbesondere die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und man hat einen tollen Blich auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Sauna sorgt für einen zusätzlichen Wellness-Effekt. Man kann quasi von der Haustür aus wandern gehen und der Waldsee eignet sich perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir kommen wieder!

Rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten eine super schöne Auszeit mit unser kleinen Tochter. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Aussicht vom Garten unglaublich schön und die Sauna mit Panoramablick war das i- Tüpfelchen. Und die Gastgeber super nett und immer zu erreichen.

Alpenflair in der Eifel

Hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Das Waldhaus ist super schön eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Garten und das Panoramafenster in der Blockhaussauna bietet einen Wahnsinnsblick über die Eifel. Die Buchung war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
