Welcome to Haus Leoni in Rieden – your perfect retreat for unforgettable vacation days! The spacious holiday home offers 95 m² of space for up to five guests and features two bedrooms, a cozy sofa bed in the living room, as well as a bathroom with a barrier-free rainforest shower. Enjoy relaxing hours in the lovingly landscaped garden or on the sunny terrace, where a BBQ grill is ready for sociable evenings. A private parking space ensures a stress-free arrival. From the terrace as well as from almost all rooms you have a wonderful view of the Riedener Waldsee. You can also enjoy this bathing lake in good weather.
Inside, you will find an open living area with a fireplace, which provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired – here you can cook and enjoy together. A high chair for small children is available for families. Fresh bed linen, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort.

From the A61 to the holiday home is about 6 kilometers, so accessibility from Cologne, Bonn, and Koblenz is excellent. A dream trail starts right outside the front door; the swimming lake is within walking distance (10 meters).

A little piece of paradise
We had a short vacation there (3 nights).
The peace, nature, and location are unbeatable.
The house is very modern and tastefully furnished, nothing is missing.
Very clean.
We felt very comfortable in the house, relaxed.
Conclusion: highly recommended and we will come back.
