This comfortable and tastefully as well as fully furnished holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our house and offers you all amenities. There is a large, high-quality fitted kitchen with exclusive Siemens appliances such as an oven, microwave, induction hob with BORA extractor and dishwasher. The smell of coffee in the morning is provided by the Bosch fully automatic coffee machine. The kitchen is connected to the separate dining room by a bar counter. The large, modern corner bench with rustic dining table invite you to linger. The living room presents itself with a comfortable leather couch, a 58" TV (SAT/WLAN/LAN), stereo, PS4 and has its own access to the balcony, as do the two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (200x200) and a 58 inch TV (SAT/LAN/WLAN) and the second bedroom with two box spring beds each 100x200. The bathroom with a ground-level wellness shower, washbasin, WC, make-up mirror and hairdryer leaves nothing to be desired. On the large balcony, the magnificent panoramic view of the mountains is guaranteed. In the hobby room, the table tennis table challenges young and old to play! Disabled children up to and including 17 years of age stay at low cost.
