Welcome to our newly renovated, quietly located, bright and well-equipped holiday flat. This comfortable and tastefully as well as fully furnished holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our house and offers you all amenities
A large, high-quality fitted kitchen with exclusive Siemens appliances such as an oven, microwave, induction hob with BORA extractor and dishwasher is at your disposal. The smell of coffee in the morning is provided by the Bosch fully automatic coffee machine
The kitchen is connected to the separate dining room by a bar counter. The large leather corner bench with rustic dining table invite you to linger
The living room has a comfortable leather couch, a 55-inch TV, sound bar, stereo system, PS4 console and access to the terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (200x200) and 55 inch TV and the second bedroom with two box-spring beds each 100x200 - both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The magnificent view of the mountains is guaranteed
The bathroom with ground-level shower, washbasin, WC, make-up mirror and hairdryer leaves no wellness wishes unfulfilled
The entire flat has underfloor heating as well as a ventilation system.
A garage to lock your equipment and parking space on the property are available.
No matter what season - peace, nature, leisure activities, cultural events and and and - boredom is guaranteed!
Disabled children up to and including 17 years of age stay at special rates (plus visitor's tax).
The terrace and garden area is fenced in.
