Located in Katwijk aan Zee, South Holland, you will find this apartment featuring a roof terrace from where you can enjoy your meals and drinks. The proximity to the wonderful sea beach makes this home ideal for a family stay.
The North Seabeach is 200m away for basking in the sun. You can buy daily essentials from the Coop Supermarket, right next to the house and bakery is 750 m. You can rent a bike and explore all the nearby areas. You can also take a nice walk at 9.5 km through the forest of Meijendel.
Prepare your favourite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a pass for the parking garage on the table. You can park in the Boulevard car park. If it is full, you can use the Tramstraat or Princehaven parking. You will also find a pass for disposing of dump in the hall. You are requested to leave the passes at the end of your trip. The use of drugs (including cannabis), a fire pit or barbecue on the roof terrace is not allowed. Parties for non-guests are not allowed here.

The apartment was very centrally located, just a few meters from the beautiful beach. Very stylishly furnished with a separate bedroom. The location is perfect and both the check-in and the parking garage reservation worked perfectly. Good preparation!
However, the small roof terrace was not cleaned.

been there before But this time I didn't get the key code on time :-( It was very difficult to reach someone by phone. Had to contact me several times until after a lot of back and forth the code could finally be called. Still the request to deposit 2 KEYS!!!! Otherwise the apartment was clean as usual.

Second time in the apartment. It was very nice again, although unfortunately a bit more expensive than last year. Clean (except for the roof terrace), bright, beautiful living space. This time the parking permit was there - very good! What is unfortunately still missing or would be much more pleasant... a second front door key. Otherwise you always have to agree. Unfortunately, the front door (below) was broken - could not be closed, but only locked with a key, which is unpleasant if one has the key and the other doesn't (then the front door is open to everyone!). Otherwise everything was great ! Little things...: mattress quite soft; Parasols or awnings would be great ;-) If not more expensive... again with pleasure!

Nice, clean, bright apartment. Equipment absolutely in order. Concrete and for everyone understandable information about check-in, parking, garbage disposal (garbage separation ???) was missing on arrival. The parking card was also missing! Unfortunately only 1 key - inconvenient if lost and since the door opener did not work and there is no bell, you always have to agree if you are traveling with two people if you are going to be away from each other. bumpy "conditions, I would go back to the apartment at any time. Great location! (even if quite loud on the weekend due to party guests on the street)

Very nice and modern apartment. There is really nothing lacking. Very nice location very close to the sea and the shopping center. Also nice activities in the area that were unfortunately still closed due to the current measures regarding Covid-19. Car parking is also useful in the parking garage.
