Nice Private Holiday home in a quite position in for 2-6 persons with 3 double rooms, kitchen, bath-room with shower, bath tup and toilet, living-room with TV and tiled stove, Toilet extra. The kitchen is full eqipted with mikro wave, electric cooker, expresso coffe maschine, fridge. You will also find a Sauna in the accommodation. During the summer season the guests have the possiblity for a barbecue in the nice garden with terrace. We have 2 car-parks.

"It's a picturesque, lovely little village" said Beda Weber, the founder of the Tirolean local history in 1837 about the village at the foothills of the Rofan mountains. Between the access road to lake Achensee and the entrance to the Zillertal valley is the typical, very traditional Tirolean village situated. It's a family-friendly, quiet place for relaxation at medium altitudes.

Really great hosts, well equipped house, very accessible location
We were in the house over New Year's Eve with 2 couples and 2 children
What we liked very much:
* Very friendly reception
* Very well equipped house
* We even had a decorated fir tree
* Everything works, everything is well organised and clean
* Very well situated. You escape the Zillertal traffic jam and have everything you need within walking distance.
* Hiking trails start almost from the house.
* For this really 5 stars!
2 things we didn't like so much
* 1 bedroom has a balcony and is quite large. The other two bedrooms are very small and without a balcony. This is fine for children, but for the second couple it would have been nice to have a room that was also larger
* From the Anna-Lena semi-detached house we had, you only have a view of the mountains from one window (one of the small bedrooms). Unfortunately, otherwise you only look at other houses, some of which are very close, or at the partition walls to the other semi-detached house. So having a coffee with a view of the mountains is not possible.

Beautiful holiday home for a lovely vacation
We spent 1 week at Christmas and New Year's in the holiday home Alex. We really enjoyed it. All excursion destinations, including ski areas, are easy to reach after a short drive. The house is well equipped. We especially liked the fireplace and the infrared sauna.
We can only recommend the house and would love to come back.

Super brilliant apartment!
We were in the winter holidays of 2011 with 7 people in the holiday home and were thrilled from the first day. You can immediately see at first glance that the apartment has only been available for rent since 2008, as everything is really clean, new, and very well maintained. We also got along great with the landlords. The journey to the ski area (Kaltenbach) takes a bit of time (unfortunately only one bus runs at 9:30 to Fügen and from there by train) (By car about 20 minutes). 15 minutes), but thanks to the Super ski pass, it is also free! We would like to thank AlexTravel again for this great vacation. Greetings, Flo, Rike, Melli, Peter, Manu, Felix, and Philipp. P. S.: Especially the sauna is AMAZING after a long day of skiing!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Naja, Wiesing haben wir kaum esehen, dafür ist ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ca. 500m entfernt *Daumen hoch*
free time activities: Nach Kaltenbach ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und ca. 40 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wers nicht ganz so groß braucgt/möchte, kann auch nur nach Fügen aufs Spieljoch fahren
shopping facilities: Supermarkt ist ca. 500m zu Fuß entfernt.
