Location and surroundings of object

Résidence De Leuvert is a friendly holiday park, beautifully situated in the woods of the North Brabant town of Cromvoirt. It is not far from De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park and the provincial capital of Den Bosch is only 9 km away.

There is plenty to do for you and your children at the holiday park itself. How about the outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (open from May to September) or the playground, or have a game at a tennis court? It's all there. For the younger children there is a fun kids club, an animation team and an entertainment programme during the school holidays. The Ijzeren Man recreational lake is within walking distance. Here you can relax on the sandy beach or enjoy one of the restaurants or bars. For the kids, there are playgrounds, a climbing forest and much more.

The area is of course ideal for walking and / or cycling. Information and routes can be obtained at the holiday park reception area. If you do not want to / cannot bring your own (electric) bicycles, they can be rented. For people who want more activity, there are several cities that are easily accessible from Résidence De Leuvert. We have already mentioned Den Bosch (9 km), but Tilburg (17 km) and Eindhoven (39 km) are also well worth a visit. These cities each have their own character, but you will always find nice restaurants, outdoor tables, and of course shops to for a good browse.

Relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. This is guaranteed at Résidence De Leuvert.

beautiful new bungalow. handy if some hooks, coat hooks are attached. Much is being renovated in the park. Hindrance of this was not too bad. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Many dishes from the menu are not available. carpaccio still half frozen. drinks also non-existent the second day. (so you can fill them in). You better eat in the village.

Chalet was nice and new. Also the "garden" around it was finePersonnel was friendly and helpful. eg to Heusden and along the Meuse return) Via junction 89-83 and via 4-15-71 returnEating at the park was reasonable However, there were also some negative points: Beds were very hard No lounge chairs in the garden No screens at the windows (well many mosquitoes) Swimming pool was very small It was known that there would be built, but in my opinion it was unnecessary that stones had to be sawn at 7:30 (a lot of noise) because of this sleeping in was not possible. I think it is a matter of better planning to take more account of the guests

Friendly and helpful receptionists. The environment is beautiful and calming. Handy that you can park right in front of the door and also great that there is a dishwasher in the house. Behind the bedside tables may be better cleaned, but otherwise the house was neat. A little smaller than we expected but doable.

It was not stated on the Belvilla site that work was taking place at the park. We also indicated the day after that there were too few glasses and cutlery for 6 people. We finally received these at the end of the day on Wednesday. After these were bought. We suffered daily nuisance with regard to the renovation. So we woke up around 8 am from noise. We are very sorry that this was not mentioned on the Belvilla site. This was stated on the Topparken site, but we have not read it since we assumed that the information would be correct on the Belvilla site itself. I was very hesitant to report this.

Good facility, with adequate facilities, the heated pool is great, the cleanliness of the floor in the house was not so good and a half-burned garden table was not appealing.

There was a vacuum cleaner in the parking lot. I put this aside and immediately reported it to the front desk. 4 days later and he is still at the door. Also there were 3 broken windows. Not really a good first impression. Once inside we were welcomed by a handful of flies and a strange smell. I immediately saw that it had not been cleaned. There were dirty greasy fingerprints everywhere. The kitchen cabinets, doors and light switches were all covered with greasy or brown muddy fingerprints. The bank was simply rancid. There were (I don't know what it was, chocolate custard??) dirty brown stains on it. All over the bank. The pillows were full of dirty stains and food scraps. The dining table looked as if it had just been eaten, with dried milk stains and rings. The shower cubicle had also clearly not been cleaned. There were mud stains. The first evening I was cleaning until 11.30 pm. It was easy to do with simple disposable wipes which only proves that clearly no wipe was used. There were 2 stained pillowcases, one of which had what looked like a shoe factory and hair on the cover. The only things that were obviously clean were the toilet, refrigerator, sink and mop. It was bloody hot, 29.5 degrees. Since we've been there, we've closed all the curtains. Furthermore, there is no kettle. There is a coffee machine that gives hot water but this has a bit of a taste. This is more of a personal taste. The extractor hood was loose and the shower head leaks when you turn the tap all the way on. The whole house creaks and bangs all day long, especially at night. We are up all night about it. The first night I kept thinking that someone was at the door and I went to look at the door a few times. The children were startled and scared. My husband drove home the 4th evening (Groningen) to sleep there because he couldn't take it anymore. Wednesday morning came unannounced

Holiday home is different from what is pictured. House is too small for 6 people, especially bathroom is disappointing. Storage space in kitchen for food and such is limited. In addition, many problems with crawling insects in huis.Reception at park was short, with hardly any explanation about park and residence. Eatery closes at 7:00 PM (not indicated anywhere in the advance information); so difficult if you arrive later and shopping is no longer possible. Positive is the peace and quiet in the park, the friendly and fast service in the eatery, and the location of the park near Cromvoirt.

Great beautiful park lovely swimming pool at a good temperature even when the weather is bad. Beautiful walks from the park around the lake and beautiful bike rides through all the beautiful villages and beautiful Drunense heathland and forests. Close to DenBosch to see the city and the St Jan cathedral and finally to eat the Bosche bollen
