This comfortable, detached chalet is located at Résidence De Leuvert, in the middle of the woods and yet only 9 km from the pleasant city of Den Bosch.
The chalet is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished. Many windows in the living room provide a wonderful bright atmosphere. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double setup, one with two single beds and one with a bunkbed. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet.
There are different versions of this type of chalet. Both the exterior and the interior may therefore differ from the photos.
At Résidence De Leuvert, you can book various accommodations for four to six people.

Résidence De Leuvert is a friendly holiday park, beautifully situated in the woods of the North Brabant town of Cromvoirt. It is not far from De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park and the provincial capital of Den Bosch is only 9 km away.
There is plenty to do for you and your children at the holiday park itself. How about the outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (open from May to September) or the playground, or have a game at a tennis court? It's all there. For the younger children there is a fun kids club, an animation team and an entertainment programme during the school holidays. The Ijzeren Man recreational lake is within walking distance. Here you can relax on the sandy beach or enjoy one of the restaurants or bars. For the kids, there are playgrounds, a climbing forest and much more.
The area is of course ideal for walking and / or cycling. Information and routes can be obtained at the holiday park reception area. If you do not want to / cannot bring your own (electric) bicycles, they can be rented. For people who want more activity, there are several cities that are easily accessible from Résidence De Leuvert. We have already mentioned Den Bosch (9 km), but Tilburg (17 km) and Eindhoven (39 km) are also well worth a visit. These cities each have their own character, but you will always find nice restaurants, outdoor tables, and of course shops to for a good browse.

It is a beautiful park neatly laid out nice neat houses everything is top1 disadvantage we may experience other people not the houses are close together A little lack of privacy.

I can only advise everyone to look for another place to stay. There were 5 of us plus a dog. When we arrived we found a newer chalet. But also a very dirty chalet. The 68 € basic cleaning are apparently only a few peanuts earned because a basic cleaning was not done before our stay! The toilet seats still had urine stains from the previous guest. In the shower everything was full of hair, the sink still had the edges of the toothbrush holder. In the kitchen heaps of crumbs in the cupboards, the oven was so dirty that you couldn't even look through the glass pane and there were no cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. for 5 people. In addition, the windows in the entire chalet were so dirty that it was really difficult to see through. In almost all rooms there were dead mosquitoes, etc. on the walls and the bed linen had red, brown or black spots. In addition, the gardens are open to the neighbors, which means that you always have a strange dog or children with you in/at the house. The staff is rather rude and unable to tell the time of day. The garden furniture was so full of pigeon shit that you didn't even want to sit down. Our first day of vacation was then about cleaning and disinfecting everything. We will definitely never come back!!!
