This luxurious, detached chalet is located at Résidence De Leuvert, in the middle of the woods and yet only 9 km from the pleasant city of Den Bosch.
The chalet is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished. Many windows in the living room provide a wonderful bright atmosphere. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double setup and one with a bunkbed. The bathroom features a shower and there's a separate toilet.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. Here you will also find a lovely sauna and spa. There is parking for one car at the chalet.
There are different versions of this type of chalet. Both the exterior and the interior may therefore differ from the photos.
At Résidence De Leuvert, you can book various accommodations for four to six people.
Holiday park Résidence De Leuvert is a holiday park in development. Construction work may take place during your stay. The park does everything it can to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Résidence De Leuvert is a friendly holiday park, beautifully situated in the woods of the North Brabant town of Cromvoirt. It is not far from De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park and the provincial capital of Den Bosch is only 9 km away.
There is plenty to do for you and your children at the holiday park itself. How about the outdoor swimming pool with children's pool (open from May to September) or the playground, or have a game at a tennis court? It's all there. For the younger children there is a fun kids club, an animation team and an entertainment programme during the school holidays. The Ijzeren Man recreational lake is within walking distance. Here you can relax on the sandy beach or enjoy one of the restaurants or bars. For the kids, there are playgrounds, a climbing forest and much more.
The area is of course ideal for walking and / or cycling. Information and routes can be obtained at the holiday park reception area. If you do not want to / cannot bring your own (electric) bicycles, they can be rented. For people who want more activity, there are several cities that are easily accessible from Résidence De Leuvert. We have already mentioned Den Bosch (9 km), but Tilburg (17 km) and Eindhoven (39 km) are also well worth a visit. These cities each have their own character, but you will always find nice restaurants, outdoor tables, and of course shops to for a good browse.

The holiday home was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our own sauna and whirlpool in the garden.

Beautiful house, lovely environment. Nice walks made Just a pity that you rent a cottage comfort wellness luxury with sauna, outdoor shower and Spa and that there is a chain over the Spa and that they want to collect € 50 per day for that !!! That gave a bad aftertaste

Nice park, but the garden is certainly not recommended for dogs. Garden is open on 2 sides, no fence, etc. So certainly no park houses which is also nice and relaxing for dogs, This should really be an improvement point !!

We stayed with 6 people in a luxury chalet with sauna and jacuzzi. On arrival the jacuzzi turned out not to be clean, miscommunication between two parties. In the garden there was still all kinds of waste from previous tenants. Sauna was lovely! The outdoor shower also fine.Chalet is quite small for 6 people. Can imagine that in the summer months it quickly gets stuffy. In 1 bedroom there is a bunk bed, the top bed had no gate in front of it! A very dangerous situation for children who are somewhat mobile in bed. This forced to put that mattress on the floor in the living room. There was simply no room for that in the bedroom.

When checking in, it turned out that there are security guards walking around who hand out fines for nuisance - and deduct them from your deposit. That deposit was also not reported when booking, but was added afterwards. We didn't get any fines, but what an inhospitable thing to say. We have never seen our own fine system with security guards. We had a 6-person wellness house, but there was only room for 3 people in the jacuzzi. In the sauna for 4 people. However, the jacuzzi and sauna cannot be used at the same time. So part of the company is in the house. On Saturday evening, the power went out in half of the park from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. According to a regular guest, this happens many times a week since they installed jacuzzis and hot tubs. A mandatory 100 € cleaning fee is charged. Our kitchen was not cleaned properly anyway. In one bedroom there was also a bathing suit from the previous guests! So not cleaned everywhere? The park is under construction. It is not clear on the website how much work remains to be done. Heaps of sand, building materials and dumpsters everywhere. The new houses are beautiful, but otherwise it doesn't look like much. All in all, we expected much more based on the website and the price. There's nothing premium/wellness about this.

Clean and everything we needed was there in the Luxe 6 persons cottage. Appreciated the Rituals travel set and also liked that the beds were made unlike the other 2 well known holiday home brands.

Our stay was fantastic. The house is brand new, super clean and a beautiful inventory. We slept well and the sauna and jacuzzi were of course completely luxurious. The children also enjoyed all the luxury during this Corona time. And the surroundings are also worth a visit!

Beautiful chalet with a nice outdoor jacuzzi. Everything clean and tidy. Park under construction, a pity that there was plenty of work during our holiday. We were also sorry that the restaurant / bar was not open in the evening.

We enjoyed! The chalet was still quite new and very beautiful. The park is also very beautiful and the same goes for the surrounding area. The cleaning was okay, apart from the fact that there was still a package of lubricant in the sauna from the previous visitors and there were many dead flies in the house.
