As with every visit of ours, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always had an open ear for us, and were happy to assist with any questions. We especially took a liking to the breakfast service staff at 'Alte Liebe.' The children were thrilled with the kids' club and attended it daily. I must also particularly praise the reception staff. The staff around the vacation apartments and the gardens are always friendly and very diligent. We enjoy the facility because of its spaciousness and well-kept appearance. The beautiful flower meadows are a very nice eye-catcher. However, what we noticed and disliked after a few days is that many new guests who arrived felt it was not necessary to clean up after their dogs. Although there are extra trash bins and enough dog waste bags available everywhere. We found that very inconsiderate towards the other guests and the children. We would recommend reminding about this again upon arrival.
