The exterior areas of the house are fantastic. There is a 5.5x3m salt swimming pool, with depth ranging from 1.15m to 1.70m. The property is in a secluded location, surrounded by 14,000 square metres of land. 7,000 of them landscaped where you will find many Mediterranean plants such as fragrant rosemary, olive trees, cypress, palm trees, pine trees with shade and could not miss its orchard of lemon and orange trees. From the property, you can admire the surrounding Mallorcan countryside with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon.
