It is an aging facility. Our apartment 31/235 was advertised as a comfort holiday apartment. However, it was a very worn-out, aging apartment that urgently needs renovation and deep cleaning. The upper "sleeping level" has not been cleaned for weeks. We reported this twice and nothing was cleaned. Two people cannot sleep there either. The floor on the terrace is unacceptable. The doors and cabinet doors urgently need cleaning. We were really very disappointed with the condition. A compliment goes to the 2 women in the kitchen. Very nice and good breakfast.

Very good location in Binz, in immediate proximity to the uniquely beautiful sandy beach. Very quiet due to the park-like character of the dune park, where the apartment is located.
