Description
The bright and modern furnished holiday home has been newly renovated and furnished in 2020/ 2021 and is ideally equipped for a family of 2 adults and 2 children
It is located in the quiet park Aquadelta de Kreek, which has many green spaces and children's playgrounds.
On the ground floor of the house are the open kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, the bathroom and the children's room with bunk bed. The lying surface above is 1.40cm and below a single bed (80cm).
Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed (2 single mattresses of 80cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds, please bring bed linen and towels.
In the storage room upstairs there is also a washing machine and a clothes horse.
On the sun terrace with southern exposure you look into the greenery with trees and can relax on the seating area. A large parasol provides shade and the charcoal grill invites you to barbecue.
The modern bathroom offers a ground-level walk-in shower with glass wall, large sink and toilet.
The new kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and a freezer in the fridge....
It is a non-smoking house and please do not bring pets.
Also in autumn / winter the house offers a cozy place to stay by the open fireplace.
Outside the front door you look onto a duck pond.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the quiet park Aquadelta de Kreek, which offers many green spaces and children's playgrounds.
If you want a little more action, you can find it at Roompot Park Aquadelta, just 100 metres away. There you will find an indoor swimming pool, indoor playground, bowling alley, mini golf, supermarket, bike rental, etc.
5 minutes walk from the house is the beach with marina at the Grevelingermeer. 10 minutes walk to another beach and marina with restaurant. The fishing village of Bruinisse with its fishing harbour and many good restaurants is a 10-minute walk in the other direction, where the National Park Osterschelde also begins. Browersdam and Renesse on the North Sea are about 25 minutes away by car. The pretty town of Zierikzee is only 15 minutes away by car. Bruinisse offers a lot of variety due to its great location on both the Grevelingermeer and the Osterschelde.

If a tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subtenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account expenses saved, provided that re-renting is not possible: 20% of the rental price if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, and 90% of the rental price if cancelled later than 14 days before arrival.

The island of Schouwen Duiveland, accessible via the Phillipsdam, the Grevelingendam or the Zeeland Bridge, belongs to the province of Zeeland in South Holland.
It is home to approximately 300 km² of inhabitants in 25 very small, sleepy villages with a historical character to larger villages and towns with a convivial atmosphere
Schouwen-Duiveland is surrounded by the Grevelingen Sea, one of the largest salt water lakes in Europe and the Oosterschelde, the open North Sea. Surrounded by wide beaches and beautiful dune landscapes, dotted with nature reserves.
You can choose between lively beaches with a wide range of water sports and beach huts or quiet, secluded coves and lakes
The coastline of Schouwen-Duiveland is divided into different beach sections:
- Family beaches (specially designed beach sections for families and children, supervised by the Dutch Lifeguard Brigade)
- Nature beaches (natural beaches where nude bathing is permitted in special sections)
- Water, sports beaches (specially designed beach sections for various water sports. In some sections the extreme sports of buggy kiting and stunt kite flying are permitted.
- Family/water/sports beaches (a mixture of family, water and sports beaches).
No matter what you choose, the fact is that the "Cape of Schouwen" has 150 more hours of sunshine than the rest of the islands and the mainland. In addition, the dunes arranged in a semicircle form an ideal windbreak.
You can choose the Grevelingermeer, behind whose approx. 3 m wide beach strip there are sunbathing lawns and shady trees (an ideal mix, especially for families) or the long, wide sandy beach of the open North Sea surrounded by dunes.
In addition to the water and beach life that attracts thousands of holidaymakers every year, Schouwen Duiveland and the Zeelands region has much more to offer
For example, Zieriksee is of great cultural and historical importance, as it is home to 560 listed, well-preserved buildings, many of which date back to the Middle Ages, or Middelburg with the "Stadhuis", which is one of the most important gothic town halls in the Netherlands.
The Delta Works, which through exhibitions, films and tours, the hurricane machine, boat rides and guided tours through the Strumflut weir give vivid impressions of the enormous force of the water as well as the storm surge disaster in 1953 and the construction of the Delta Works, even attracts tourists from America and Asia
The 3 large nature reserves and the area in general can be hiked on foot on your own or with a guided tour, cycled, crossed by excursion boat or rented sloop or experienced high on horseback.
There is the world of the Wadden Sea to marvel at and the animal and bird life of the dunes and the sea
Your children will not be bored either. For those who want to do something else besides the beach and water sports, there are zoos and animal parks, farms with special offers and leisure/water/climbing and adventure parks, etc
You see, you can visit the many sights, take advantage of leisure activities, shop to your heart's content, go for a stroll or a stroll, or relax with a good book in the garden on the lounger or by the sea while your children are busy
You can choose between peace and quiet or the hustle and bustle of tourism, between sightseeing or shopping, between fricandell with chips or delicious fish dishes, between a cocktail in the marina or the disco in Renesse's nightlife, between active water sports or relaxing on the beach.

Perfect for the family
We were in this very nicely renovated house for the second time. It is perfect for families. The small garden is equipped with a gate, so you can have privacy, or the children can quickly get to the playground. It is car-free, but very quickly and easily accessible from the nearby parking lot. The amenities are very good, TV, washing machine, a kitchen with 4 hot plates. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. The beds are comfortable and large. The hanging swing in the living room is our highlight, perfect for chilling.

Great vacation home in a beautiful holiday park
We had a great time in the vacation home. It looks exactly like in the pictures and the description and was very clean. The location is super; everything is within walking distance :-) The landlords are very helpful and were always reachable; the entire process went smoothly.

Super beautiful facility
We were totally excited, the apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. From there, it’s not far to the big cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and many more. We will come back. Booking was also without problems, just to recommend.
