The maisonette flat is located on a hillside (ground floor + basement). Barrier-free ground floor with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room - the second bedroom is in the basement. Cable car/ski area, lagoon adventure pool, visitor centre, ice rink, city centre and train station are only 2-5 minutes' walk away. The modern and very tastefully furnished 3-room flat with top equipment and "feel-good atmosphere" is particularly suitable for family holidays and long-term holidays.Layout flat EG: - Balcony with electric grill, seating area and nice view of the Kurpark.
