Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-free, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we indicate the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties, especially because of the super central location in the town. The approx. 30m short path from the parking lot to the apartment is paved and at ground level, or the slope is approximately DIN-compliant. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70cm wide. The 90x90cm shower has a 25cm threshold. The balcony door has the usual threshold.
ATTENTION - important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive conviviality" - such as parties, loud music and other exuberant celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors - you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions !

DIRECTLY AT THE SPA PARK – THERE IS NO BETTER LOCATION! Central yet quiet; only 2-5 minutes’ walk to the center, cable car, train station, lagoon pool, ice rink. The apartments offer a beautiful view of the spa park and the holiday apartment A**** additionally also of Ettelsberg and the cable car.
WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort of the low mountain ranges. Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort and winter sports destination; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular with young and old alike.
It is an especially good vacation choice for families. The FAMILY PASS (€45) enables 1 week all-inclusive access to most leisure facilities including the lagoon pool, cable car, summer toboggan run, Fort-Fun, and many others. ;
Summer beach bathing at Diemelsee; for hikers, Willingen with Europe’s largest upland heath and eight 800-meter peaks is the top destination in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Hochheideturm – the highest viewpoint in northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course.
One of the top 5 low mountain ski areas with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car + 11 lifts, 6 km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70 km of trails, EWF biathlon arena with a snow-covered 2 km floodlit trail. Not only is the après-ski legendary, there is 'Saturday Night Fever' here all year round. Siggi's Ettelsberg Hut is a cult favorite. Liebes Fewo-Team, wir möchten uns herzlich für die Nutzung der Ferienwohnung bedanken. Auch dafür, dass Sie uns die fehlenden Liegestühle so schnell organisiert haben. DANKE (wir konnten sie bei dem sonnigen Wetter gut nutzen)! Vielleicht dürfen wir uns folgende Anregungen erlauben: 1. In der Küche fehlen leider Rollos als Sonnenschutz (wenn die Sonne scheint, kann man dort am Tisch nicht frühstücken, da es so heiß ist, dass die Butter schmilzt) 2. Toll wäre ein Insektenschutz zumindest an einem der Küchenfenster und am Schlafzimmerfenster. Auch für die Terrassentür wäre das toll. 3. Der Sonnenschirm kippt bereits bei relativ leichtem Wind Das sind aber nur Vorschläge! Wir würden uns trotzdem freuen, in absehbarer Zeit die Wohnung nochmals nutzen zu dürfen Kommentar: Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat und haben Ihre konstruktive Kritik an die Eigentümer weitergeleitet.
