The apartment is located in a side street of the Kleine Kerkstraat, a cosy street with nice shops, which in 2012 was voted the nicest shopping street in the Netherlands. Both the famous Fries museum and the Ceramics museum are within walking distance of the apartment, as well as the Prinsentuin (fishing river) and various cafes and eateries.
