Description
Villa Velero is a luxury villa located in one of Javea's most exclusive neighbourhoods, with a flat walk to the beach (10 minutes, Cala Blanca) and the larger Arenal beach area (15-20 minutes), this is arguably the town's largest and closest (to the action) holiday villa, whilst still being just far enough away from the hustle-bustle.
Villa Velero has a fusion of traditional Spanish and Ibiza styling. With all your home luxuries and much more. Air conditioning (with heating option) in all bedrooms and living areas, TV's in all bedrooms and full Sky TV in both living rooms, and Amazon Echo units around the house. There’s superfast 600MB fibre WiFi throughout the villa, even by the pool. With no fewer than three kitchens - two inside, and one outside Summer Kitchen with large Aussie BBQ, large paella gas ring/pan and Pizza Oven. There's also a separate poolside Bar with chilled Spanish lager on tap, fizz in the fridge and drinks for the kids. There's a dishwasher and sink too.
The large outside dining table, which seats 16-18 people, has a roof for total shade/weather protection. There is also a further shaded seating area next to the poolside bar.
The inside kitchens are fully equipped - both have large American fridge/freezers with ice and water dispensers. Bosch ovens, dishwashers, and induction hobs for safety. Beautiful granite countertops throughout. There's plenty of cutlery, glassware and crockery for everyone.
If you don't want to walk, a bus stop is just a few steps away from the villa. This regular service takes you down to the Arenal beachfront, Port/Marina area and the Old Town. Only €1.50 per journey. A further bus route goes to the beautiful Portixol beach, for €3.
There's a large (optional heated) pool, complete with a shallow splash pool/bubbling spa (which can also be heated). Plus 20 luxury sunbeds - and plenty of other outside seating around the garden - so you can chill and relax for a bit of 'me time'.
Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs from one of the villa's Amazon Echo's (Alexa) whilst sunbathing.
Large electric gates open up to the long driveway, which in turn leads to the outdoor living and pool area. There's an outdoor children's play area with swings, slide etc, a giant chess set, giant Connect 4, an outdoor pool table, pétanque/boules and a large trampoline. Plus, inside, two consoles - an Xbox One and a PS4 - to keep them happy, along with toys, Lego etc

Everything is close by - the nearest mini-supermarket is 150m, restaurants 100-200m, a large Aldi is 300m, and the family-friendly Arenal beachfront with dozens of bars/restaurants just 1500m.
Split into three main parts - the main 'Arenal' beach (with its sandy beach and dozens of glamorous restaurants and bars), the Old Town (with its historic buildings and cobbled streets) and the Port area (with the Marina and some excellent restaurants and shops) - Javea has something for everyone - especially families.

Holidaymakers will not receive a refund on any amounts they have already paid out if they have to cancel their stay. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover any such eventuality (eg through ill health).

The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests (depending on the exact configuration, so please contact us first) - and plenty of space inside and outside for all to have time together, or time alone.
Two of the twin bedrooms can be made into Super King beds - allowing lots of flexibility, and the bunk bedroom can sleep 3 children (or adults).
The villa is made of two floors - each with a separate entrance (and no internal staircases to worry about for children).
The house is fully secure - with walls and secure electric gates. Plus alarm system.
Please note the beer on tap is an optional extra - the same if you wish to have the spa heated, pool heated etc. Please enquire for details.

Superb big villa for large groups
We were dropped off by the airport transport company Brett helped us book, and quickly fell in love with Villa Velero when the gates opened!!! So much to keep the children occupied, and amazing cooking facilities for us adults. The poolside bar kept us refreshed and the spa with bubbles was a relaxing evening ritual. We walked to the beach with loads of restaurants and bars - but loved the nearby Oasis restaurant, which Brett booked us into. You definitely don't need hire cars for this villa. Perfect location - and Javea itself is beautiful. Don't hesitate to book!

Amazing home from home
We stayed at Villa Velero as an extended family and from the moment we arrived we felt at home in this lovely villa. The place is so well equipped with everything you could need and more! The pool is a great size and well looked after during your stay. We held our wedding here and the lovely hosts, Brett & Carolyn connected us with excellent caterers, photographer etc. They were responsive & proactive with advice from the moment we booked and made sure for us to have a wonderful time. Villa Velero is in a perfect location with all the amenities you need close by but walkable to the main Javea activities. A fantastic stay all round.

Simply dreamy!
The Villa Velero was the perfect vacation spot in Valencia for 17 people. Just the location of the villa provided us with many travel options. One example would be the large clean beach, which was reachable within 15 minutes on foot (2 minutes by car). Furthermore, all internal spatial conditions matched our expectations. Even with 4 families (17 people), everyone had staying options (outdoors and indoors) as well as the option of privacy in the individual rooms. We particularly liked the large, clean pool, the billiard table, the great grill, as well as the huge yet stable chessboard. Special praise goes to the countless gaming options on each floor, including board and card games, as well as an Xbox and PlayStation. Books were also available. An extremely relaxing stay was made possible by the already installed Alexas, which allowed us to play music, for example. The option of two floors was excellent for us, as there were sofas, a carpet, a television, and a table on each of the two floors, allowing the adults to leave the children alone on one floor without any worries. Not to forget the cozy balcony furnished with sofas and cushions.
Another aspect is the friendly and always helpful service team, which supported us with all possible problems! Grocery shopping can be done easily with a car.
Ultimately, it can be said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Velero and hereby give a 5/5 star recommendation.

Eine Woche in dieser fantastischen Villa
Wir sind auf dem Heimweg, nachdem wir eine Woche in dieser fantastischen Villa verbracht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Die Villa hat alles, was Sie brauchen, es zeigt, dass sie an alle Details gedacht haben ... Was uns am besten gefallen hat, waren die endlosen Abende im Pool, die Bar (mit Waschbecken und Kühl- / Gefrierschrank) ist ein magischer Ort. besonders wenn die Sonne untergeht und die Lichter angehen. Der Terrassenbereich mit Grill und Holzofen (wir haben dort tolle Pizzen gemacht!) Ist unglaublich, wie die Fotos zeigen. Wir haben die Heizung des Pools und des Spas gemietet und es war ein voller Erfolg, der die Möglichkeit des Badens bis spät in die Nacht erweitert, auch dank der bunten Lichter, spektakulär!
Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, WLAN, Lounges und großen Küchen, um alles zusammen zu genießen. Wir haben fast täglich Kontakt mit Brett aufgenommen und sofort auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Kurzum ... ein absolutes Vergnügen !!

We booked Villa Velero around a year before our stay - and had spent months looking forward to it, including all the updates on the villa's Facebook page. Nothing was going to stop us having our holiday :-) We were not disappointed! Everything is there. The owners really have thought of everything you would need. An example being the amount of cutlery, plates, bowls, serving dishes, glasses - everything to have a fantastic meal together under the moonlight. The villa also offers plenty of space to take yourself (and a book) off for a couple of hours for some peace and quiet away from the rest of the group. The pool and spa are fantastic too. The kids loved the play area, and the pool table was a big draw for the men in the group. We are already looking at dates for 2021 to visit this lovely villa again. Thank you Brett for a super stay!
