The pretty holiday flat "Insel Mön" is one of three holiday flats in "Haus Küstenfeuer", is located on the upper floor and can be reached via the staircase. The spacious flat offers room for up to 4 people. In the inviting living room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting area. Even when the weather is not so nice, you can relax by the fireplace and spend some time with a book or a family game.
The little beach pirates are also very welcome. A wide range of equipment is available for them, from children's tableware and a cot with an additional mattress to a trolley.

Haus Küstenfeuer is located almost at the northernmost point of the island of Rügen in a small quiet settlement directly at the nature reserve "Kreptitzer Heide" in almost untouched nature.
A path leads through the surrounding fields to the fine sandy natural beach of the Baltic Sea about 500m away with a view to the island of Hiddensee. The Wieker Bodden, only 1km away, offers ideal conditions for surfing and kiting
Relax on (bicycle) hikes, e.g. along the steep coast to Cape Arkona. Numerous excursion destinations are less than 25km away
The sunsets are spectacular and should not be missed.

Vacation as always tip-top :)
We were finally back in our vacation home, at Küstenfeuer House! In recent years, we have always been guests here in the summer. This year was the first time for us in winter, and it was once again a completely successful vacation! We feel very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. The apartment is clean, the property well-maintained, and we lacked nothing here as always. The landlords and the contact person on site are friendly and helpful. That's why we absolutely cannot understand the previous review before us!!
We have had consistently positive experiences here over the years, and we believe that it is reasonable for a guest to leave the apartment reasonably clean and empty the dishwasher.
We are extremely satisfied, and the beach is just around the corner. From the balcony, we always enjoyed watching the sunset after long days at the beach. We can highly recommend the area for short or long bike rides and vacation with a dog.
We will definitely come back next year!! :)

Schlechter Service - dreckig - unfreundlich
Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in der Unterkunft. Gebucht hatten wir diese Wohnung als Familie (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (1 und 2 Jahre alt).
Das "Bett"-Sofa im Wohnzimmer war grauenhaft unbequem. Bei Ankunft war die zuständige Dame, welche die Übergabe machen sollte, nicht anwesend, stattdessen hing der Schlüssel am Haus.
Wirklich sauber geputzt war weder das Bad noch die Küche. Und wir sind hier nicht über penibel.
Nach unserem Aufenthalt wurde ohne Kommunikation ein Teil der Kaution einbehalten. Wohl weil wir vergessen hatten die letzte (saubere) Spülmaschine leer zu räumen. Das sehe ich ein, aber dann lässt auch hier die Kommunikation zu wünschen übrig.
Ein sehr schlecht gelaunter Besitzer wirft uns dann noch vor dass es wilde Partys und laute Abende auf dem Anwesen gab. Das konnte einfach nicht sein, da wir uns ab 20.00 Uhr (auch wegen der Kinder) im Haus befanden haben.
Lasst hier die Finger weg!!!

mit einiger Verwunderung haben wir heute, am 18.1.24, ihre Bewertung für ihren Urlaub im vergangenen August erhalten. Verwundert sind wir nicht nur ob der vergangenen Zeit, sondern auch, dass Ihnen ihr Urlaub scheinbar nicht gefallen hat. Bisher hatten wir dazu von Ihnen keine Beanstandungen.
Von den umliegenden Nachbarn wurde uns berichtet, dass Sie mit ihrer und den mit ihnen befreundeten Familien in den anderen Wohnungen des Hauses und des Nachbarferienhauses doch sehr gesellig zusammen und gut gelaunt zu hören waren.
Ja, mir war bekannt, dass mehrere bereundete Familien verreisen. Trotzdem glaube ich, ist es verständlich, dass ich mich nicht freue, wenn ich nach ihrem Aufenthalt den Hausrat der Wohnungen wieder sortieren muss und sogar Inventar des Nachbarhauses in unseren Wohnungen finde.
In unseren AGB ist klar geregelt, in welchem Zustand die Unterkunft zu verlassen ist und zusätzliche Aufwendungen von der Kaution abgezogen werden. Auf diese wird sowohl im Portal hingewiesen, als auch sind sie Teil des Mietvertrages und sollten Ihnen damit bekannt gewesen sein.
Im Übrigen wird seit Corona in diesem Portal auf kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe Wert gelegt. Viele Gäste mögen das. Schade, dass dies nicht ihren Vorstellungen entspricht.
Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie eine Unterkunft finden, die zu ihnen passt bzw. Ihnen zusagt.

Urlaub 2023
Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß lässt sich vieles gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Eigentümer oder Verwalter funktioniert gut. Sehr empfehlenswert.
