The basement was newly renovated in 2015
Here is a modern furnished living room with plasma TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii game console + games, HiFi system, a sofa set, a dining table and fireplace
There is a bedroom with double bed, baby changing unit and safe and a bedroom with 2 single beds
The separate kitchen is fully and modernly equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, egg boiler.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, bathtub, hairdryer, vanity mirror and washing machine.
Upper floor
The upper floor was extended in 2013 and completely refurnished
Here you will find a large open living room with plasma TV and DVD player, a sofa bed and a large dining table for 10 people, a hi-fi system and a foosball table
There is also a bedroom with double bed and safe and a bedroom with two single beds
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
There is a balcony on the upper floor.
Outdoor area:
There is room for 10 people on the terrace. This is equipped with a large garden table with chairs, awning and a charcoal grill.
Next to the house, a playground with trampoline and small football goals can be shared.
So that you can really enjoy your holiday and you can relax, our new barrel sauna with outdoor area is at your disposal
Here you can do something good for your body and then take a dip in the fresh air and cool off in the outdoor area.
In addition, there is a washing machine in the apartment for free use by everyone.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cottage Jahnes located in the quiet and sunny location in a side street of Long Meadow. Very close to our house, the village park, with its fountains and many benches located. Also found in the village two foot baths, a children's playground, bus stops, several dining establishments with good local food and a grocery store with a bakery.

Cancellation terms:
A cancellation of the booking is possible at any time. The declaration of cancellation must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord is decisive for the timing of the cancellation and the amount of the cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation for reasons not attributable to Ferienhaus Jahnes, the following cancellation fees will apply depending on the timing of the cancellation notice received: - Up to the 45th day before the start of the trip: 15% of the rental price - Up to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price - From the 29th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price - In case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip or early departure: 90% of the rental price However, these costs only arise if our efforts and yours to find a replacement tenant for the reserved time are unsuccessful. It is recommended to safeguard against the financial risk associated with cancellation by taking out travel cancellation insurance! (Insurance is not included in the rental price.)

Great vacation home for groups and families
We had very nice days in Winterberg at Ferienhaus Jahnes! Perfect for larger groups as well as families. Great facilities, very nice landlords, and beautiful surroundings. There is absolutely nothing negative to report. We were completely satisfied!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
We spent five days of vacation with 6 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs.
We can say that we felt very comfortable there. The house is modernly furnished and everything is in top condition. There was enough space for everyone.
NO BACK PAIN in the morning, plenty of options in the surroundings during the day, cozy evenings by the fireplace or on the terrace while grilling.
We can say: THUMBS UP! Anytime again!

Schönes Ferienhaus für ganzes Jahr
Beautiful modern and spacious holiday home, well suited for a family with 2/3 children. Great for hiking, mountain biking in summer, and snow tourism in winter and off-season. Nice outdoor space, excellent service, playground and shop within walking distance. Really clean air. Extraordinarily friendly landlord. Located right at, in my opinion, the most beautiful section of the Rothaarsteig.
