Discover the Friesian lakes! The spacious park Buitenplaats It Wiid is located in the Friesian lake district bordering on nature areas De Alde Feanen and Princenhof. The cosy Friesian capital Leeuwarden is located at approx. 15 km and is recommended for a relaxing day out. The bungalows are detached in waterside locations and invite to beautiful trips on the water in your (rented in the park) boat. Are you a keen angler? The detached waterside bungalows and boat mooring facility will be right up your street. Of course you can rent canoes, motorboats, sailing boats or even deluxe Maril dinghies at Buitenplaats It Wiid. Take a picnic hamper and you have a guaranteed holiday daytrip on the water! For nature, privacy and a water-themed holiday you are in the right place at Buitenplaats It Wiid.
Buitenplaats It Wiid is a water rich park, suitable for the whole family. It is located near cosy cities such as Drachten and Leeuwarden and there are many water sports facilities. Also facilities for young and old such as a tennis court.
If your pet has not been registered, access to the park and the booked accommodation can be refused on arrival. Get in touch with our customer contact centre for this.
Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always by request. If the reservation is approved, the following rules will apply: max. 1 employee per bedroom, an extra cleaning cost will be billed every two weeks, and every two weeks there will be a charge for new bed linen.
Sailing lessons are given in summer.
The Restaurant will be closed.
It is possible that when booking NL-9264-07 you will receive an accommodation with four bedrooms upstairs. These each have two separate beds.

Had a low-key enjoyment! The bungalow had everything needed for a nice stay, The garden furniture was perfect for nighttime gatherings, What an atmosphere!

The place was tidy, but a bit old-fashioned. I think it could use some modern touches, but it was functional and met our basic needs. The nature around the property is beautiful, and we loved the short distance to hiking trails.

Super quiet place, perfect for a getaway! The bungalow is cute and cozy, moreover the WiFi is strong. You can't beat these views of nature. No joke, I would definitely come back.
