Stayed here for a week, the bungalow was still quite new and fully equipped. Excellent shower and good beds, within walking distance of Hollum and the beach and dunes. Bedrooms were on the small side and because there are slats on the windows are also very dark .. Living area spacious and nicely decorated. The temperature was in the sun. and that while it was now very cold outside, so it is probably very hot in the summer under the flat roofs. We now even had to open the door to get it a bit cooler. Staff very friendly and the take-away service from the restaurant is fine. We had one evening that the wifi did not work and therefore no television and radio, the phone number what Should be available 24/7, unfortunately it was not then .... But otherwise we are very satisfied with our stay!

Clean area, beautiful island. The apartment is ok, but the bedrooms are a bit small and so are the beds, which is incomprehensible when you see the huge Dutch people. Annoyingly, the magnetic card lock was no longer available at our house (for two months, they supposedly don't get a handyman). Nevertheless, we initially received magnetic cards. For the simple cylinder lock there was only one key on request, so that separate activities were not possible.

The accommodation looks modern and well-kept, fully equipped. The environment is as described, in the dunes near the beach. Nature actually comes to life in the front yard. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome.

I have quite long legs and I am 1.86 meters tall. I could not use the toilet in a normal way. When I sat down on the toilet, my knees hit the wall in front of the toilet in such a way that this was not possible. So I had to sit across the toilet. Not really pleasant.

Anticipation the house was very nice, as seen on the draft photos. BUT it is not at all in a real dune landscape, there are still 120 (!!!) more houses. It is a holiday park. This is not recognizable in our view.

Neat reception by very friendly staff. Accommodation exactly as expected, spacious, clean and fully equipped. We were unfortunate that we stayed there in the hottest week of the year, well above 30 degrees, where the temperature control in the accommodation left something to be desired, not cool. Furthermore, everything is fine.

Great park with lots of fun activities for the kids. House is not big but everything is there and super efficient and luxuriously furnished. The location of the park is fantastic: close to the dunes, the beach and the village.

The sea lodge is fantastic. Everything is clean and tidy. The atmosphere in the lodge and outside on the veranda was lovely. We look out at (some artificial) dunes and the lighthouse. The lodges are in a semi-circle and the dunes have a lot of privacy for a holiday park. The service was also excellent. Welcoming and very helpful. The only drawback, I found the mattress a little too hard, but that is personal.

Nice lodges, but quite small. Glad that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice showers. Nice place on Ameland near beach, lighthouse, beach tent Sunset and not far from the airport where you can do a parachute jump and that is really great! Skydive Ameland.

The holiday park is beautifully situated near the lighthouse. You can easily walk into the dunes and be on the beach within ten minutes! The staff at the holiday park was very friendly. Our stay was mid-January; a period when it is extremely quiet in the park and on the entire island. What was striking was that on a sunny day when we returned, the house was very hot (29 degrees according to the thermostat, without us having turned on the heating). I don't know whether it gets too hot in the summer because then the stay seems unpleasant to me. I would recommend the stay in any case for the winter!

The location of the accommodation is great. In a few minutes you can walk on the beach or in the forest. The accommodation itself is small but the space is ideally used. The large window front provides light, alternatively you can sit outside and enjoy the North Sea wind.
