Recreational forest park de Reehorst is a fantastic place to experience the natural beauty and the hospitality of the Achterhoek region. Located just outside Vorden, also known as the '8-castle village', this holiday park makes a great, central base surrounded by nature.
The attractive park offers plenty of facilities itself as well. The youngest family members will love the playground equipment, and on hot summer days, they can have fun and cool down in the children's swimming pool. If the entire family wants to go for a swim, there's a great public swimming pool within 500 metres that offers a discounted rate for holiday park guests. The park has a lovely restaurant that caters to all tastes. The varied menu includes dishes based on local ingredients.
The surroundings are known for the many beautiful walking, cycling and mountain bike routes. Some of these start right outside your holiday park. There are also lots of different day trips to choose from. From cuddling a cow on a care farm to visiting the Wijngaard um d'n Olden Smid winery, and from indoor playground Binkie to the Loo Palace; you will find it all within a 30-km radius.

The chalet at Camping De Reehorst is very nice. However, the people who work there are unfriendly to the point of being rude, curt and unwilling to help with specific questions. We were even informed that if they had known we also had a work van with us, they would not have accepted us at the campsite. Well, then you really feel welcome! The confirmation states that the bath linen costs € 3.50 pp per stay. Since we are staying here for 3 weeks, I wanted clean bath towels for the second week and again had to pay € 3.50 pp. The explanation was that most people stay for 1 week. The whole conversation was very unpleasant and when I mentioned this the response from the owner was: you may think so. I will never come back here!

Friendly welcome, had a wonderful stay. House was clean, everything present, and modern furnishings. The beds are hard, but we think that is very nice, slept great! Lots of privacy too, and the environment is of course very beautiful! We had a great time.

Complete kitchen with more than sufficient and good crockery for 3 people. Good working dishwasher and coffee makers! Living / living room for 3 persons is good, 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and shower room is sufficient for persons with a normal posture. Shower cabin of 90 x 150 cm. The stereo / sound system is very poor for music lovers. This place was ideal to make trips to the various interesting places such as castles, museums and beautiful villages. A visit to the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg is certainly worthwhile. Cyclists can enjoy themselves in the immediate vicinity and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful nature!

The well stank.Not got away.In the kitchen we missed an extra frying panThere was 1, but we had baked potatoes once and then it becomes tricky.WiFi worked poorly. Furthermore, we are very satisfied. It is beautiful park this time it is very quiet ............ the environment is very nice especially Nature .... a visit to more in Ruurlo is too many for people who love this ...... ..the cottage meets our expectation ................ because we make a holiday of it and in the meantime our house is being refurbished so that when we come home on March 15, we will come back to a new house. The disadvantage of the house is that there is no shed for the bike and scooter to keep it dry. in general I would advise everyone to book this holiday park ......... .. The reception by Mr. H. When we arrived, nobody was there and we called the number on the letter. Then came a very nice gentleman who gave us the key. We would have preferred that someone had already been there at 3 o'clock. The accommodation was neat and clean but the beds are very hard which we found terrible. The area is very nice and wonderful for walking or cycling.

We were a little early but were kindly received. The accommodation is not large but everything you need is available. Originally it should have been a bicycle midweek but due to circumstances we had to walk. Very nice area. Will definitely come back.

arrival went fine, we thought it was a pity that there was no sandwich service always found it nice to do our breakfast in the morning with hard balls went there every morning to Vorden, accommodation was good the bed was a bit on the small size but we its a wide bed just maybe a washing machine, there was no shed for our electric bikes that we thought was too short, the area is very nice to walk and cycle,

Arrival was fine. Small-scale quiet park with lots of greenery. Are new and old caravans / chalets scattered among the trees. Furthermore, a section where campers and campers spend the night. Little dated restaurant with little atmosphere but outside on the terrace is quite pleasant. Cottage where we stayed was good. Nice garden but little privacy. The trees that have been placed in the parking lot near the house are annoying with getting in and out and completely with loading and unloading. These trees should have been on the edge of the garden so you have more privacy in the garden. Now you are fully in the picture for everyone who walks by. I think that could have been better.

Very nice chalet and great environment. Only very sorry to hear at check-in at the reception that our check-out times were changed. Without any message from BelVilla, the chalet turned out to be booked by other guests on our check-out day, so we had to leave in the morning instead of the evening, which meant that we had to change our schedule. Very unfortunate and especially unfortunate that BelVilla has not informed us about this

Beautiful house, neat, clean. Beautifully situated in a very quiet park. Surprises us, especially since it's summer vacation. Squirrels here in the trees. Really lovely to walk here. Went to Hackfort castle yesterday. We are really enjoying it.
