Description
This holiday home is located on the edge of a small-scale and quiet park. The house is surrounded by a spacious forest garden of approximately 1,000 m2. including terrace with lots of privacy. Every day you can hear the birds chirping and from the garden you can walk straight into the forest and the Gorsselse heath (Gorselse Heide). On the ground floor are the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with: bath, shower, sink and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one which has balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The park has a reception, playing field and a ping-pong table. There is plenty of room for children to play. If you are looking for peace, space and nature, this is your ideal destination. Bicycles, beds and chairs for children can be rented. Later check-in is possible by appointment.

Location and surroundings of object
Woodlands, heathlands, and dirt roads alternate with beautiful views; those are the charming surroundings of Gorssel in Gelderland. You can cycle and walk as much as you want. The Gorsselse Heide nature reserve (100 hectares) is 500 meters away and the IJssel is a few kilometers away. There are many animals to see, such as deer, badgers, foxes and many birds. At 30 minutes driving you can reach Hoge Veluwe National Park which is the biggest nature park in the Netherlands. If you are looking for culture and history, you can visit the old cities of Zutphen and Deventer, which are within cycling distance. A half an hour drive away is palace Het Loo, one of the most prestigious buildings in the country.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
