Wij kregen de sleutel van chalet nummer 60. Dit huisje leek totaal niet op de foto op uw boekingssite. Het huisje lag rondom tussen de bomen en had een andere kleur. Bij de receptie kregen wij vervolgens de mogelijkheid van een omboeking (ten bedrage van € 75, - aan "omboekingskosten" voor chalet nummer 83). In dit huisje lagen tenuallen dode wespen. Terug na de receptie. Hierna werd het huisje schoongemaakt. In eleven woorden: De wespen zijn opgeveegd en verder is er niets gepoetst.Onze bevinden met Belvilla zijn uitstekend, maar voor onze ervaring de afgelopen week hebben wij maar een woord: Slecht. Tijdens ons bezoek aan de receptie hoorden wij meerdere klachten over de schoonmaak.

A beautiful spacious house with lots of space around it, right next to the parking lot .. Quite different from what was stated on the site: house on the water, smaller room / kitchen. It did say that it would not necessarily be this house, but something similar. That was not the case. In addition, the floor had been cleaned (it was still wet), but everything that was higher had not or hardly happened: the toilet with visible shit, a dirty refrigerator and a greasy counter / sink. The shower / bedrooms were clean. The reception was friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful, a lovely walk with the dog. In short: after some cleaning activities we enjoyed a wonderful holiday.

Upon arrival, it turned out that part of the booking still had to be paid, something that was advised in advance to do this but where it was not stated how to do this or to which account number. The accommodation itself was cleaned with the French blow. There was still hair on the beds as well as in the bathroom sink. There were still dust plumes on the floor and the glassware in the cupboard was not clean either. Missed opportunities, especially in this time of COVID-19. Housekeeping reported to reception, noted, no one came to resolve this. We have cleaned ourselves. There is little to be said about the area, beautiful. Also many facilities in the park and in nearby Lochem.

There would be an envelope ready outside but there was not. The accommodation was not properly cleaned. Reported but cleaned itself. The sink was missing in the toilet and a wad of paper was in the drain. Nothing was done about the complaints at the reception. We solved the brushing ourselves but feel that the reception should have made a note of it. The environment was great and therefore our cycling holiday.

The couch was slowly due for replacement. They had several cracks and had sagged. But all in all great holiday shopping in Lochem (including HolidaySport highly recommended and Lidl, AH, Jumbo for daily groceries) and Zutphen, for example, a lively market! Arrival went fine. No problems with picking up keys. Accommodation was good. Good beds. An oven / microwave was missing. Pb sent and brought a microwave next morning. Furthermore, some minor defects. Lamp at the dining table defective, shower head the holes were closed for 60% (opened themselves), electr ignition gas stove did not work (matches present), coat rack in the hall is no longer properly in the wall. Another tip: a cutlery tray in the drawer is also handy. Everything is loose in the drawer. And now that I see this photo ........... that is not the house we had. That was an L shape. Despite the above comments / remarks, we still had a great midweek!

Upon arrival, the parking card and keys were taken from the house. Unfortunately I received a swimming pool ticket instead of a parking ticket. This chalet is a treasure! We loved the modern design and the cozy atmosphere. The only downside was the closure of the swimming pool, but the alternative arrangement worked well. A truly relaxing place!

The accommodation was above expectations! A nice big house beautifully decorated, great beds and even a separate toilet. Moreover, a nice garden with a lot of privacy compared to the other houses that we have seen at the park. We were also very pleased with the oven, there was at least a good manual and it worked. That was not a problem. It was very quiet in the park because it was not a holiday in the Netherlands. The food (a lot) and operating in the restaurant was very good. The weather was fine, making it a very successful midweek is geworden.Park is pretty much set and GREEN to your heen.Meertje was good, although too little space on lawns for handoekje .. but absolutely no loss .. it can only be better. Our experience has only been positive. We have never had a holiday celebrated in a cottage but we really liked and will definitely do it again. The house where we stayed looked different than the picture, but we think it was even more beautiful and the location was perfect. We were very free and it had a nice big garden. The only downside was that there was no nice garden chairs were so not really good in the garden could relax after a long walk. Now we had to sit on cheap plastic chairs and that's just not nice. Which we found really sorry. Maybe a concern for the owner. But nothing but praise.

That was not a problem. It was very quiet in the park because it was not a holiday in the Netherlands. The food (a lot) and operating in the restaurant was very good. It is a well-kept park with beautiful gardens in the houses. Repeating!

The weather was fine, making it a very successful midweek is geworden.Park is pretty much set and GREEN to your heen.Meertje was good, although too little space on lawns for handoekje .. but absolutely no loss .. it can only be better. Pool which is in the neighborhood, was completely top .. allows f or the kids just fun.

Despite the bad weather we have a great holiday enjoyed in a comfortable cottage in a vintage bicycle environment.

Our experience has only been positive. We have never had a holiday celebrated in a cottage but we really liked and will definitely do it again. The house where we stayed looked different than the picture, but we think it was even more beautiful and the location was perfect. We were very free and it had a nice big garden. The only downside was that there was no nice garden chairs were so not really good in the garden could relax after a long walk. Now we had to sit on cheap plastic chairs and that's just not nice. Which we found really sorry. Maybe a concern for the owner. But nothing but praise.
