These luxury bungalows are individually situated on a large plot with an attractively designed garden. Each home has a lovely terrace and its own parking place. The recently built, detached chalet style houses are modern and comfortably furnished. The interiors may vary, the photographs are indications. The holiday homes have 3 bedrooms, a luxury kitchen with built-in appliances (mostly dishwasher and micro-wave oven) and an attractive bathroom. These luxury holiday homes are an attractive destination for a relaxing time away from home.

Resort De Achterhoek is in the beautiful countryside of the Achterhoek. The area is in the Province of Gelderland, near the town of Lochem. It is well known for its extensive woods, centuries-old castles and farms. You can discover many attractive small towns such as the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. The countryside surrounding the holiday park is an area of unspoilt natural beauty and is very popular for cycling and walking. The park is 40 hectares and has a spacious lay-out. The original trees and foliage have been kept intact as much as possible. Beautiful mature trees, replenished with new planting make Resort De Achterhoek a truly green park.
There is always plenty going on to keep you busy. The recreation pond has a water slide and a tow bar. There are a number of small playgrounds and an indoor play centre for children. Youll find a golf course and a subtropical swimming centre very near the park.
Resort De Achterhoek has various types of bungalows. They range from simple to luxurious with every possible comfort. Some are suitable for families and some for large groups of 12 people. At Resort De Achterhoek you can enjoy the water, the woods and everything else that the park has to offer.
New holiday residences are currently being built on the central part of the park. We try to minimize the inconvenience.
This large holiday park is in the Achterhoek, in the eastern part of the Netherlands. The park is surrounded by woods and has many facilities, including a recreation pond and a subtropical swimmingpool.
The park is currently under development, so there is a possibility that construction work will be taking place. Any inconvenience will be kept to minimum.
In the chalets internet is not always available or present.
The park can request a deposit from groups of youngsters and foreign guests. This deposit will be returned to the bank account after departure.
Bookings of people traveling together other than as a family (eg groups of young people) are only possible on request. The park reserves the right to refuse such bookings.
You will receive an invoice from the park for accommodation for the additional costs..

The house was fine. Only when we arrived toilets were not clean and there was a foul smell. Reported this to the reception and within half an hour the mechanic and cleaning crew arrived. Well arranged. The smell came from the drain of the 2nd shower, this has not completely gone away. Everything was provided in the house. The only drawback is that there is no shed where the bicycles can be stored. But otherwise we had a great time. The surroundings are beautiful.

After a friendly welcome at the reception, we entered our accommodation, a nice and clean house. At high temperatures it can get very hot inside, but then you can sit outside on the large terrace and just open all the windows. The road signs are somewhat unclear in the park, but you get used to it quickly.

House was nice, but we had a rather cold apartment several times. Someone had to come three times to bring the apartment back up to temperature. This pretty much put our daily routine behind schedule because the warm water / shower was also affected.

On arrival at the park we were kindly received at the reception. The key transfer went smoothly, at the same time we were provided with park information and a few leaflets for any outings. More tourist information was present both in the accommodation and at the reception. You can enjoy a bite to eat in the park restaurant, the service is very friendly. We had booked a nice accommodation in a wooded area with castles and lots of nice places in the area. You can enjoy walking and cycling.

A great chalet, tidy and looks clean.Interieur is, except for the dining room chairs, prima.Op the resort is a quiet atmosphere, there are plenty of playgrounds for children.

Great nice place, with three people doing well, but six people, that's really too much! Furthermore, everything was present, but we have a cd player and radio missed. The dining room chairs are totally sagged. Is really not lekker.Om yet positive to conclude we have enjoyed in a brand clean bungalow with everything on and on ..!

The park looked very good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.The house we found was fantastic. Very modern. One evening eaten in the restaurant. Was also very cozy. The only disadvantage. We had super bad weather. But nobody can do anything about it.

Modern furnished accommodation. Good spatial structure. Unfortunately, very badly soundproofed between the rooms and also outside. In the evening and in the morning chilled, so that one had to heat in the summer. Beds are small and hard and the mattresses slip from the lower bed frame. Dining table way too high for the low chairs. Sofa very comfortable and great view from the living room. Wespennest in the outer fireplace, therefore hardly possible to sit on the terrace or to eat. Good shower. Beautifully laid out park beautifully laid out. Plenty of traffic on the streets in the park, which unfortunately have no own paths for pedestrians. Bathing lake is hardly suitable for bathing (full of seaweed and duckweed). Children's animation suitable for children up to max. 10 years. But from morning to night. Prices in the snack bar and restaurant too expensive for families, therefore there was also little going on. 2-3 times live music per week, but unfortunately was very bad. Rental rates for bikes unfortunately very expensive.

Upon arrival, reception at the gate, brief explanation of where and how. At the reception friendly reception, park is beautifully designed, spacious and well maintained. The house looked beautiful but was pretty dirty inside. Was not clean at all times Made, lots of spiders and web and dead mosquitoes. Furniture were dirty, lots of sand on the floor and under the garment in the room. Many fabrics. For the use of the dishes, you could better wash off beforehand. (The mandatory cleaning costs are apparently apparent Otherwise spent.) The cottage was also not maintained, dead trees at the entrance to the terrace and spice up at the windows and grass area. On the side you have an increase of a few steps, where the stones are just loose (little dangerous). It's a pity because it's a beautiful park.

The surroundings here are beautiful, there is plenty to do. The cottage was fine, but there was no more luxury in the living room. It was a large window that looked out onto a road. The receptionist promised to do something, but we never heard anything and so were sitting on a kind of "stage" every evening when the lights turned on. Too bad that the restaurant did not have a diet cooker like last year. One was mad with the diet, just gave mayonnaise and sladding to someone who needs to eat lactose and gluten free and thus suffer from the consequences. In addition, the vegetable was forgotten, while few tables were occupied. Furthermore, the map was very limited.

The accomodation was different from the picture ... A very different house but very nice and we were very pleased with it. We found mattress undercoat dirty and hairy. Unfortunately, there was still dirty laundry from previous residents. The next day reported that they had to come up with it

Well furnished house with atmosphere and good beds. The kitchen with all comfort. Fine bike ride made good rental bikes in beautiful surroundings. It is convenient to take. Detailed map along Can you check if signs do not always find good. (With us lay the card in the cottage.)

Beautiful as well as new accommodation though it does not appear in the farthest farthest on the photograph getoond.Zoals said we have typically used a veeery different house than you have shown repeatedly when booking this really is not nice. Furthermore, it is a pity that there is no wifi available.

House was dirty. Toilet stinks. In the end it was cleaned twice. WiFi did not work, but solved the next day. Park looks neat. Cleaning costs are far too high for the quality with which it is done.

Excellent if you want to go away for a week or weekend with children and family. Beautiful nature, beautiful villages and castles nearby. Fun activities for the kids. All in all had fantastic days.

Nice house, good beds. Only the hygiene left a lot to be desired. Plumbing very dirty and a damp musty air in the bathroom. Probably partly due to the joints that are missing here and there.Furthermore, a beautiful park, with plenty of play areas for children and a beautiful environment.

We had a technical problem outside office hours. We were well helped by the operator and the technical service. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom of our accommodation. We reported this to the reception. Unfortunately, nothing was done about this during our stay. The facilities at the park were fine for our family.
