These luxury holiday homes each have a spacious plot with a pleasantly landscaped garden. Each home has a delightful terrace and its own parking space. The detached holiday homes were built recently. The interiors are comfortable and are furnished in a modern style. As the interiors can vary, the photographs are indications. The holiday homes each have a luxury kitchen with built-in equipment, often including a dishwasher and combi-microwave oven. One bedroom is on the ground floor. There is a well equipped bathroom. This is an excellent destination with everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
Resort De Achterhoek is in the beautiful countryside of the Achterhoek. The area is in the Province of Gelderland, near the town of Lochem. It is well known for its extensive woods, centuries-old castles and farms. You can discover many attractive small towns such as the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. The countryside surrounding the holiday park is an area of unspoilt natural beauty and is very popular for cycling and walking. The park is 40 hectares and has a spacious lay-out. The original trees and foliage have been kept intact as much as possible. Beautiful mature trees, replenished with new planting make Resort De Achterhoek a truly green park.
There is always plenty going on to keep you busy. The recreation pond has a water slide and a tow bar. There are a number of small playgrounds and an indoor play centre for children. Youll find a golf course and a subtropical swimming centre very near the park.
Resort De Achterhoek has various types of bungalows. They range from simple to luxurious with every possible comfort. Some are suitable for families and some for large groups of 12 people. At Resort De Achterhoek you can enjoy the water, the woods and everything else that the park has to offer.
New holiday residences are currently being built on the central part of the park. We try to minimize the inconvenience.
This large holiday park is in the Achterhoek, in the eastern part of the Netherlands. The park is surrounded by woods and has many facilities, including a recreation pond and a subtropical swimmingpool.
The park is currently under development, so there is a possibility that construction work will be taking place. Any inconvenience will be kept to minimum.
In the chalets internet is not always available or present.
The park can request a deposit from groups of youngsters and foreign guests. This deposit will be returned to the bank account after departure.
Bookings of people traveling together other than as a family (eg groups of young people) are only possible on request. The park reserves the right to refuse such bookings.
You will receive an invoice from the park for accommodation for the additional costs..

Spent a lovely weekend together. The cottage was good, although it creaked pretty if there was to running over someone. The kitchen equipment was a huge disappointment .. For 8 pers. house there were only 8 small plates, 8 breakfast plates present. But also for 8 pers. cutlery. So we were always on the afwassen.Dat not. Was so against the house itself

Beautiful spacious 10 persons in a peaceful park, where both rental and private holiday homes are. Beautiful setting, right next to the forest. Near Zutphen (15 km), where you can enjoy shopping and eating out. Negatives for excessive cleaning, while the house was not cleaned properly. Additionally ridiculous that one euro to be used for disposing of garbage paid.

We had a very nice house with complete wooden interior. That cracked sometimes when someone walked upstairs, but it was also very attractive. Well maintained and relatively close to the reception to the swimming pool so not so far. Number 381.

We, family with 6 children, have a fantastic autumn celebrated in the 8-pers. bungalow. This Kranenburgh bungalow offers space in abundance. The park is velig and for the children there is ample play. The area we explored by car and on foot. (Bikes is a must). The waterpark was worth. But this is a bike really indispensable.

We, my Mother holding her 99th birthday and her three children with partners (including elderly so :-)), enjoyed the comfortable cabin, where clearly a lot of work was devoted to making fun of the woning.Ruime terraces with good many chairs. Cute dressed up enough space for iedereen.Prima furniture. Pleasant kitchen. Very nice house with beautiful waterfront location in a quiet spot. We were there in November, so not really able to enjoy the beautiful lake, but that should be a delight in summer. Bed was fine, we were seven adults and had space genoeg.Het located in a quiet area with beautiful place Lochem on loopafstand.Kortom a successful weekend.

A great house in a beautiful setting! especially if you like walking and cycling. Also nice were the Easter fires in the area. And of course the weather was very bad. We all enjoyed. The farmer's in Lieverte was ridiculously fun.

Huisje .. okay could be neater, the new fridge and freezer are in the way in the small kitchen for 8 people. The oven is also small to bake something for 8 people. For € 112, - final cleaning can also be better mopped, they have never heard of it.

We were well received. In advance, extensively telephoned, as we had made a double booking. Booking.com succeeded in getting the resort to convert the booking into a long weekend in October a.s. Bel Villa did not work, unfortunately. So our preference goes to Booking.com, they are also cheaper than renting at Bel Villa. Accomodation goodGood beautifulPool was very disappointing, as we expect a swimming paradise at Roompot. This was therefore another resort, not in Lochem. Through the beautiful weather, also used the swimming pond with cable car. In terms of color and fishermen the water did not lure at first, but we looked over. Too bad that many dogs swam in, not so attractive for us. Nice fields to play outside. We arrived late and there was no one to give us keys, so we stayed at a friends home. The home was cold during the day and never really warmed up. The layout is great, the facilities good, however, no toilet paper or even cleaning items which is very different to how we run our homes in Canada.

We were a group of 8 people consisting of 6 adults and a child of 16 and a child of 4 jaar.Het was a very nice park and the cottage was very spacious and had a good locatie.We were at the beach and the little could therefore easy to play, and from the house you could watch him houden.Er was also a recreational team during our holidays (autumn) it did very very nice and also had various things devised both for the children and what the larger and in the evening there was also the adults what to doen.Vanuit the park you could walk into the woods or fine cycling also belonged to the mogelijkheden.Het pool was also good and easy to do with the distance.

What a fantastic atmosphere, comfortable and spacious wooden chalet was! Perfect for our family weekend, enough double bedrooms, good beds, nice decor, full kitchen, everything was great! The house was large and comfortable, and a great place to stay for a week. But we did not find a number of things, as you would expect. For example, it had not been cleaned properly: a lot of dust in corners and cracks and under beds - unpleasant if you suffer from allergies to house dust. Glassware and plates were not too clean, the dishwasher apparently does not work too well. And what we found most annoying: the shower downstairs was clogged. The latter we reported to the reception, it was promised that someone would come to solve the problem, but we didn't see anyone all week. Fortunately we could also use the shower upstairs, which did work, so in the end we didn't suffer too much. But it is not pleasant when promises are not kept. All in all, we found the holiday accommodation disappointing - it did not have the quality we are used to from Belvilla.

A beautiful house, equipped with every luxury and on the edge of the lake. Terrace has little privacy, but we had a very nice weekend with our family! Worth repeating! A pity that the garbage bag of the previous guests was still on the terrace.

The cleaning needs to be checked, the contents of the kitchen were downright filthy, everything washed by hand as the dishwasher didn't do this, the cubes of dishes were still intact when the dishwasher was finished. The fact that there is no control on the cleaning is evident from the oliebol that has been thrown on it since I do not know how long ago. There were piss stains on the flannel blankets on the beds. We have removed these because I do not want to lie in someone else's dirt. Fortunately, the sheets were clean. Lots of dust and hair. There was a large wad of paper on the landing. The cupboards were covered with dust. The toilet was not clean, while there were brushes next to it. On the cupboards in the living room there were large stains probably from a child that smeared this. Taps that sprayed in all directions when you turn on the tap, probably because of lime which can also be seen on the taps. In short, I will never rent a house on Europarcs again and certainly not recommend this. The amount I have to pay for the cleaning I want to return, the otherwise beautiful house was downright filthy.P.S. Belvilla is also done for me. Jos Ontijt (just now)

Upon entering, we had to wait 20. Cottages were not yet clean. But it was worth the wait. How beautiful ... super. Only the dishwasher was broken in 1 house. So we had to wash everything ourselves first .. We also had to pay for bed linen. While I had asked this when booking and then they said no is in the booking ... hmmm too bad. But all in all it is a really nice park. And the food in the restaurant is superb. Very friendly service. Topie Will definitely come back

Nice Accommodations in a spacious house. Not all houses of this type are on the water. House was not cleaned upon arrival, but we were friendly manner when asked and the house was still cleaned within an hour. Pool and inside play options are simple, but nice enough for the little ones.
