The great enjoyment starts when you drive up and are surrounded by the meadows with grazing cows and flowering field edges. This promises a fantastic holiday for several families or a group of friends.
Take a nice walk or follow one of the many cycling routes. Up to 3 electric bikes can be rented. In the surrounding area, you can visit Kasteel Anholt, Golfclub 't Lohr and Wijngoed Montferland, among other places. Take the children to the Bahia swimming paradise, Ponyhof Leiting or Het Land van Jan Klaassen. For a delicious dinner, visit restaurants Vivaldi and Zu den 3 Linden.
The spacious garden is a great place to relax. Find relaxation in the wood-fired hot tub or on the rocking sofa. The wide view with cows, deer and rabbits allows you to unwind. The spacious covered terrace provides both sun and shade. Here you can organise a cosy barbecue. In the garden is a vegetable garden with fresh herbs, mint and rocket. The height of luxury is the lovely sauna! In addition, the cosy gas fireplace in the living and dining room ensures that it is always pleasant in the house. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, as is the bathroom with sauna. This also makes it suitable for guests with mobility problems. Also, all windows have mosquito nets, so you won't be bothered by mosquitoes and other insects.

Lovely house in a beautiful place. We were there for Christmas and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed stay with our friends. The hot tub was definitely a favorite. We were very well received by the landlord. The house is fully equipped and very neat. Beds are wonderful and the shutters ensure a good night's sleep.

We were with 2 families between Christmas and New Year's Eve in Villa Grenszichf. It was a lovely house. Everything you need is there (also so nice that herbs and the like were present). Of course the sauna was lovely (and easy to operate). We didn't even get to the hot tub in the garden. The icing on the cake was the festive decoration and the cozy Christmas tree. We were also allowed to look at the cows in the barn next door. Only downside: a bit boring environment, but the house can't do anything about that)

A warm welcome in this beautiful holiday home. Fully equipped, good beds, wonderful sauna and hot tub. You can also sit outside a lot because of the outdoor fireplace. The house was also very clean on arrival. Fast and stable internet, highly recommended.

Nice house to stay with family or friends. Nice covered outdoor terrace with wood stove, for those who love peace. The house is located at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of the meadows with beautiful views, where birds of prey fly around in search of prey .

Es war wunderbar! Bei Ankunft ein kurzer Anruf und der Besitzer kam bereits innerhalb wenige Minuten zum Haus. Nach eine kleine Begrüßung, ein kleiner Rundgang im Haus zusammen mit paar wichtige "regeln" bezüglich Sauna und hottub haben wir es uns gemütlich gemacht. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht, und sogar noch viel mehr. Wir haben jeden Abend den Hottub genossen, genauso der Sauna. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, und trotz das es februsr war haben wir gegrillt. Trotz das es in der Nähe der Autobahn liegt, hört man nichts davon. Da ich gebürtig aus der Nähe komme, war es also recht einfach sich zu verständigen. Innerhalb 20 Minuten ist man über die Grenze bei Arnheim. Geschäfte gibt es im ort leider nicht, lange fahren muss man aber auch nicht für einen Supermarkt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Milchstation in der Nähe wo wirklich frisches Milch gezahlt werden kann. Definitiv eine Empfehlung und es könnte durchaus sein das wir nochmal kommen!

In fact, everything fell perfectly into place. The house and garden are beautifully decorated and fully equipped, so that we as a family had our own place together. The area is also beautifully rural, with some nice villages nearby. We were there as a (grandmother) with three adult sons with supporters and children (2) and thought it was great to celebrate a few days of vacation.

The house was beautiful! Everything taken care of to perfection. Super nice beds, especially after a hard day's work. Super enjoyed the sauna, the hot tub and the wonderful shower. We really enjoyed ourselves together!

The house was very spacious with a nice view of the meadows. Everything in the house is of good quality, for example the beds, it is clear that attention has been paid to everything. We really have nothing to complain about and had a great week. The hot tub and sauna give the house something extra. We have been received very well. The area is rural, you can enjoy walking in the area. There is also plenty to do in the area.

Beautiful house with nice rooms, bathrooms (with sauna), good beds and a nice spacious garden with hot tub. Had a good stay with a group of 10 people (5 couples). Also nice contact with the owner! When using the sofa bed, it may be wise to bring a topper. Tip for a fun activity: have wine tasting come to location via Alpine wine in Doetinchem.

Super neat villa with many different luxury amenities such as a hut tub, sauna, BBQ, nice outdoor space and you name everything else there is, so we really had a great weekend. A few km away is a beautiful mountain bike trail. Ideal if you want to spend a weekend active with a group of friends + want to relax in luxury. Highly recommended & will come back!

We have been warmly welcomed by Gregor and his family. The stay was wonderful! The facilities in the house are fantastic, the beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed. This is an absolute must to get away from it all and we would love to come back!
