This authentic 5-bedroom farmhouse is 300 years old and rests in the beautiful hilly landscape of Bemelen (Margraten). It comes with a lovely shared terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the tranquility of nature. Ideal for get-togethers of family, friends, or colleagues, a large family or group of 12 persons can stay here.
You can also enjoy quad riding, cave biking, abseiling, and a jeep safari in the immediate vicinity. Excellent walking, cycling, and mountain biking trails run through the region and delight active holidaymakers. At 3 km, you will find the town center with various supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and nice restaurants. The towns of Valkenburg aan de Geul, Maastricht, Aachen, and Liege are within easy reach and well worth a visit.
Central heating keeps you comfortable. The large kitchen invites several cooks to prepare a nice meal. You can watch TV or listen to the news on the radio while sitting in the living room. 2 pets are allowed for an additional charge.

Very nice house, only sorry for the noisy neighbors (party). To compensate, we did get rooms on the other side of the farm.

The accommodation was different than expected. The photo was misleading and nothing was said about a second stay. Also that there were people living in the residence we did not know. The accommodation was also not that pure and in the living room it smelled very damp. We were unpleasantly surprised.

A break on the weekend of November 6! Nice location and spacious enough for 10 people. We had a leak in the bathroom. This was immediately resolved by offering us an extra bathroom had in another appartement.Prima weekend!

It was a beautiful garden, but it was only half full and even phased half because her complex went bankrupt. Earlier Beautiful seaside location with top restaurant ,, but rest of the facilities very sketchy. Animation exclusively Italian. Car hire is a must, otherwise you can still get it. No sandwiches Our cooking equipment in the apartment did not, that was according to our contact always been by mistake in current capacity ?? So an egg cook was not there, there was not even a coffee !! In the beautiful pool a bathing cap was required, which made very little use. So a beautiful complex but can facilieiten much better.

Nice stay just a pity that it is a two family house is causing a lot of noise from the neighbors. Next to us there was a group of 25 young people every night made a lot of noise.

A weekend with a group of friends on a mountain bike! The area is ideal for the house was fine enough for the number of people (11 in our case). Beautiful living kitchen, nice bedrooms and living room (hardly used, many sat in the kitchen or outside). Outside the garden had to be shared with the other rental house, not as convenient. Also the fact that you can make the entrance, the square, no use on the other side of the house is equally awkward. Wb noisy outside noises in another house.

We had a great weekend in a fully equipped house. There was enough room for everyone and the chairs and sofas were fine.The only drawback was the cock of the neighbors started very early with crows.

great fun ... received some distant and formal .. not feeling it well. It was hot so it was too hot in the rooms upstairs .. aircon would not go amiss. Nice kitchen, living room and hallways, etc. .. meubiliair some pompous but well .. nothing wrong with that ... camping with swimming pool around the corner .. really nice too! canoe trip on the Meuse FANTASTIC!

Upon arrival it turned out that this was really luxurious, because there was now enough space. Communication in advance with the landlord went well, after checking out nothing more was heard, nor seen anything of the deposit (will be refunded within 14 days, now only day 12).

The cottage was pretty expensive for what it was. We go regularly with this group of girlfriends on weekend and we've had cheaper houses that were better equipped. There is absolutely nothing in terms of features dishwashing cubes, coffee filters, etc .. This should bring you will yourself, which we had not done so. Further costs when booking a little unclear and come were afterwards a lot of costless making it ultimately expensive (6 euros per person for bed linen is very much, and these costs are required. Also, cleaning is more expensive than other houses). The owners were not really flexible with the fact that there arose a dishwasher when we wanted to leave and we all eventually are washed by hand. The WiFi works only in the left part of the house, while the living room is located in the right part and we therefore so could not play music (we are from Belgium and had to count on WiFi). The location is fine, not too far from Maastricht, certainly feasible to go on and off by car or taxi! We have as always very amused but the total price had been allowed to be slightly lower.
