Description
In the Limburg Hill Country you will find this cosy holiday home with all modern conveniences, it is suitable for 4 persons. The house is located on the edge of the holiday park. This gives you extra peace and privacy.
This beautiful, detached recreation bungalow no. 35 has a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and an open garden with a terrace of approximately 30 m2 facing the sunny south. The terrace has fine garden furniture so you can enjoy the outdoors. The bungalow type Castra is entirely on the ground floor and is situated on the edge of the park. This is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet and nature.

- Bed linen set € 9,- per person per stay
- Towels/kitchen towel set € 5,50 per set
- Cot (optional) € 5,- per stay
- Tourist tax € 1,50 p.p.p.n.
The park has a central laundry room where you can use washing machines and dryers. This room can be found behind the reception building.
Bungalow layout:
The Bungalow is suitable for 4 persons and has two bedrooms. In one bedroom there are two single beds (these can be pushed together to form a double bed if desired) and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed. Below is a description of the different rooms:
Living room
The L-shaped living room is cosily furnished and has two nice sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a television, a coffee table, central heating and free Wi-Fi.
Kitchen
The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped and features a 4-burner gas hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, plenty of crockery and cutlery. The fridge and dishwasher can be found in the adjacent utility room.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, if desired these can be pushed together to make a double bed (160 x 200).
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The beds have two single blankets and extra blankets are available.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a fixed sink a floating toilet and a walk-in shower.
Simpelveld
The house is located in a quiet and small-scale holiday park at the foot of the Limburg hills. The park is located at the edge of the village of Simpelveld, also called 'The gateway to the Mergelland'. Here you will enjoy serene peace and quiet. The surroundings are a paradise for every nature lover.
The park is easily accessible. The N281 motorway ends at the municipality of Simpelveld and bus connections with the surrounding towns and villages are also good. Moreover, the park is very central to the well-known South Limburg tourist centres as well as Belgium and Germany.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for cycling and walking tours. The village of Simpelveld with its restaurants and shops is within walking distance. There is also plenty of entertainment for young and old in the area. Right next to the park is the station of the Miljoenenlijn. Here you can experience what it is like to admire the Limburg landscape on a 100-year-old steam train. Moreover, the park is close to the cities of Valkenburg (19 min), Maastricht (23 min) and Aachen (17 min). You will also find fun attractions nearby such as Snowworld (11 min) and Gaia Zoo (10 min).
Various walking and cycling routes start from this bungalow park. Take a beautiful walk through nature with one of the numerous hiking routes. Or go mountain biking and discover Europe's longest mountain bike trail. Prefer recreational cycling? It is also possible to rent (electric) bikes nearby. Whether you enjoy a quiet walk or the most adventurous mountain bike ride, everyone can enjoy the breathtaking nature here.
Tip:
Are you a real culture vulture? Then this is the place for you! Visit one of the caves, castles or the border triangle. The true epicurean will not be short of anything here, because in South Limburg you can enjoy a Burgundian delicacy, such as a delicious Limburg vlaai (flan) on the terrace in the sun!
