This spacious house we could stay easy and comfortable with a large group of friends and children. The different rooms throughout the house and three living areas (kitchen and two sitting) there was room enough for everyone.

Beautiful area for 105 euro cleaning should be cleaned up better in our opinion. Also unfortunate that you have 2aparte living rooms and bedrooms with 3 different rooms, each with its own staircase to come. Bedrooms Most of the time we spent in the kitchen. So price / quality was disappointing.

a nice, large (dubbel!) house that in the beginning it was like a maze. But once settled it was really cool, all the rooms and leave. The kids thought that surely fijn.Het was super clean, spacious bedrooms, a good bed, a well equipped kitchen. We have two days after another walk in the beautiful nature. Really moeite.We have together, 11 adults and 4 children, a nice weekend polite.

The house had many rooms, stairways, etc., especially for children and also practical for the supervisors (if it was in the beginning as well see how the house was put together, but that was just fun). There was enough space to enjoy themselves. The bedrooms were fine. The house was very noisy.

Nice house, we found that the house might be slightly cleaner cobwebby ed.Verder everything is whole and complete available. We had two houses, and therefore the choice to sit. Fine big house. Inside the house three separate properties which there is privacy. Beautiful large kitchen where with z 'n all can zitten.Door position to reach Maastricht and Valkenburg well. From residence few kilometers to dorp.Huis was neat clean.

We have been very cozy inside our house. Apart from a strong sewer air in one of the bathrooms the house is very confortable and cozy with different spaces where one can occasionally pull back. And our 7 kids had a wonderful n "their" appartement.Helaas beats the view not quite the picture "s. And because we had not read the reviews we were unpleasantly surprised by a second group as close neighbors with very friendly but very loud German youth. Loud music and late cheerful voices under our bedroom window ..... That was pretty bad.

The cottage had a spacious layout. We were 11 men and two rooms we could sit well with each other. The kitchen is very warm and cozy because the table is also in this space. The house is centrally located, you are close to Maastricht and Cauberg. Public transport is to do.The cottage itself well I did not really clean when you compare it with the cleaning price you paid for it.

The key address was not right, they knew niks.Ook the address of the house was very unclear, so many of our party were difficult vinden.Het house I think was a long period, it was freezing cold and there was a strong sewage gas. The heating did not at first. After we called tried to do something to the owner but could not. She would "evening coming back, but did not. Called again the next morning and then a mechanic spent hours trying to get it right. We as main tenants were thus compelled always to stay at home with all though half the weekend is over before it finally became warmer There were other deficiencies, such as a dishwasher that did not too thin duvets for winter temperatures Conclusion:.. For the price we had to pay not only rent but also the additional costs for cleaning, rental of bed linen, gas and electricity, this was not what we expected from Belvilla.

We came with rain on. Then, it was in the course of the week getting better. We were with the children and grandchildren. The children could have fun at the campsite. Unfortunately the pool closed because of the cold. Was still The big ones went biking, running and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Z visited 'n all Valkenburg and Maastricht. This also celebrated festival in Queens.'s Two living rooms were used by the children and the adults. Well, we have the terraces can use.'s Two dishwashers on both sides of the house in the sun was fine, especially since we were 15 people. No reception, we obtained the key through a safe of which we received the code on the day. Poor impression of the accommodation: the kitchen is not equipped to cook for large masses and only one large and one small refrigerator. The terrace is on the outside of the farm and we had to share it with another group. However, a nice view from the terrace. There are also other permanent residents in another part of the farm.

Check a little unclear, key was at a different address than aangegeven.Het house was neat, renew some improvement punten.Oa.de door handle, in one of the showers at the front lingers a certain exhaust air, which in summer more smell .There is only one key, which is not convenient for you to do more Dan1 family in so bent.Het a house is not as nice as being promoted, but a very nice layout.

Was not succes.Het house was big enough, the keys were told how we had to make the clean up this part of the huisregels.In the house arrived the house was far from clean. Hairs on nightstand, lens found in the sink, pillows (were not really pillows, far too small) not clean, etc. When we party there on claims which had the key, he did not respond real, via Belvilla regularly, he said and nothing has been done with the complaint.
