Price far too high due to the construction well it is now, staff very unfriendly.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Great reception! Park in construction (low vegetation) Great location exactly between Maastricht and Valkenburg

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Cottage was great! Nice and clean! Only they were busy with renovations! There was nothing for the kids that we were very sad!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice quiet location. Nice having two separate bedrooms. The pool was wonderful for 25+ degree days. The air conditioning worked. I love all the walking trails one can access. You really need a car here if you want to get to city center without a bike. There is a bus but it only has 8 seats. When kids are going to school you are out of luck. I wish the reception had slightly longer hours and that they had a tuck shop with essentials rather than just a vending machine with mostly drinks. The restaurant on site was very generous and gave us some salt that we could cook with.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Road trip stop. Needed a clean spot to rest with friends for two nights. The living area was roomy, and the kitchen had more appliances than expected which made cooking simple. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy parking nearby.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Had seen similar places but this one’s setup with both indoor and outdoor fireplaces was quietly impressive without being overdone. The cleanliness throughout the property stood out as well.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Good value overall given how much space you get plus extra kitchen tools. The staff were helpful and made our stay pleasant.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Quiet place for two, with everything we needed right there. Cozy atmosphere and decent space.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Fireplace indoors and outdoors? Yes please!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Spacious and well-decorated chalet, I appreciated the attention to detail, like the outdoor furniture and fireplace, It made our evenings so cozy!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Great value for the price! The hosts were friendly and the house was equipped with all modern appliances, The garden view was lovely, especially in the mornings

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway, The pool was a nice touch, too, I just wish there were more dining options close by

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

I was impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was, The air conditioning worked great, and the WiFi was pretty fast, A solid choice for a family trip

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location was excellent.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Welcoming place, it had everything needed, Loved the outdoor fireplace!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Outdoor pool and relaxing vibes? Yes, please! Perfect spot for a few photos on Insta, Close to all interesting attractions, such as Castle Rijckholt, 10/10 I recommend for a peaceful getaway,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice spot in general, clean and well maintained, The location was quiet, which was great for us, but it was also close to attractions like the Gemeentegrot of Valkenburg, The outdoor pool was a nice addition, although we didn't have much time to use it,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The cottage was clean and well-maintained, beautiful pool, well-designed but

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The chalet was well designed and comfortable, We appreciated having a dishwasher and other kitchen amenities, The nearby dining options, such as Herberg de Bonte Haan, were great for dinner, Overall, a good choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing retreat.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice location, just a little house and a big enough pool.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

There were many ants in the little house and also some spiderwebs with spiders, especially next to the bed and by the trash can.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Everything felt practical without unnecessary frills or complications.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Getting by alone was easy because the ground floor is clearly laid out. The terrace with comfortable garden chairs also makes relaxing alone very pleasant.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We had a fantastic stay in the cozy cottage! The modern decor made it feel luxurious while being super comfortable. The outdoor fireplace was a great addition, perfect for the cool evenings. Moreover, it was close to the national park, which was a big advantage for our hikes!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We were very well located near the pool and the exit, It is a beautiful place with nice vegetation, The cottages are great,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Spacious and uncomplicated for our group of four to settle in. There was enough space to be together without a cramped feeling.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We particularly noticed the large terrace and the air conditioning during our stay.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The little house was full of ants very dirty

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

House stank of cigarette smoke. Staff came and freshened after I complained but matrass and bedding impregnated and gave me a migraine.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Our stay at the Biebosch was quite pleasant, The shower was spacious, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, The outdoor fireplace was a nice feature for chilly evenings,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The Schaelsbergerbosch+ is a fantastic choice for larger families, Plenty of space, and the bunk bed was a hit with the kids, The living/dining room was perfect for family meals,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location, the playground, and the pool are fantastic.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location, the atmosphere in the cabin, the well-functioning air conditioning, the beds, the nice shower and bathroom,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Lovely quiet resort with a nice pool. A little bit of privacy on the terrace around the house. Excellent starting point for walking or cycling.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The welcome at the reception was friendly. Neat houses in a newly landscaped park. The environment and location is beautiful. Wonderful walk and made.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Had a lot of fun. Nice decor, quiet area. Bemelen is also really fun to explore.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Modern holiday home, friendly staff, close to Maastricht and Valkenburg, ideal for cycling, good air conditioning, sandwich service, nice heated pool,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Standard house but OK

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice holiday house in a beautifully landscaped park. Cottage was perfectly cleaned before we arrived.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

In the middle of the flight path of Maastricht-Aachen Airport. Houses noisy and way too close together. Modern amenities, good shower and TV.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We were well received, the house was equipped with everything. We look back on a great holiday

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

the accommodation was in a dirty and poor hygienic condition

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A comfortable home with all amenities. Too bad there was no grass around the house, but tiles. There was also no unobstructed view.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Fast, friendly and clear. Were surprised by the beautiful house.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Great house, built too much on each other, little privacy. Beautiful surroundings

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Excellent reception. Just park and just house

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, great house!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The location of the park is perfect, between Valkenburg and Maastricht. Beautiful surroundings, great walking and cycling. The park itself is absolutely nothing to do because it is under construction.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Upon our late arrival, the check-in was quick and smooth. The bedrooms were surprisingly quiet for a good sleep, better than I had expected based on the pictures. Kitchen utensils helped us save time cooking compared to other accommodations before, so it suited us well.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The cottage was very basic, absolutely not worth the paid 1000 euros. Floorboards in the bathroom came loose. The furniture was very worn (such as upholstery dirty, peeling, and broken, outdoor table made of wood, curtains with dirty streaks). There was only enough dishware/cutlery for 1 meal, which meant we had to run the dishwasher each time. Terrace full of duck droppings. Ants inside. The park is otherwise clean, but very bare, too few trees. The pool is tidy. For 1000 euros, you can get larger cottages in another park for LESS money, with a sauna and hot tub, including towels and tea towels and a soothing feeling instead of this cottage.... The service from Belvilla leading up to this vacation was very poor.

We loved the atmosphere of the Ravenbosch+, The see-through gas fireplace was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the fire from both inside and outside, The layout was perfect for our group,

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The accommodation is beautifully designed and very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy and the air conditioning kept us cool during the warm days. All in all, a practical choice for a family outing.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very comfortable and practical accommodation, The refrigerator and the kettle made our stay pleasant, and the heating kept us warm during our visit, The terrace was a nice bonus,

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The Ravenbosch+ was spacious and well-equipped, We loved cooking in the open kitchen, and the combination microwave made meal prep a breeze, The living room's fireplace added a cozy touch to our evenings,

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

I stayed with my family in Schaelsbergerbosch+, and it was fantastic. The garden area was great for the kids to play, and we enjoyed our meals on the terrace. Also, the dishwasher saved us so much time!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

A great place for a short trip! The swimming pool was a nice addition, and the garden furniture on the terrace was comfortable for relaxing. We appreciated the modern amenities throughout the house.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

I had a relaxing time at this resort. The open kitchen was well-equipped, and we ate together in the dining area. The terrace was a great place to start the day with coffee from the machine.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We had a wonderful stay at Biebosch! The outdoor fireplace was perfect for our evening gatherings, and the terrace was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine. The modern interiors made us feel at home right away.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

It was fantastic!! We enjoyed the cottage which is new and stylishly furnished. The tranquility and the friendliness of the people. And especially the cities of Valkenburg and Maastricht nearby. Highly recommended for a next stay.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The small accommodation is very nicely furnished and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom are very clean. We were present at a slightly colder time, which is why we did not use the pool or the terrace. Nevertheless, they are a good extra for hot days. We would recommend it as it is a nice accommodation with good connections.

Arrival was Limburgs friendly. We were 2 o'clock too early.Only requested immediate action to deliver our chalet! Nice, clean and new chalet .New under construction Park in a beautiful location. No no amenities but considering the speed to park the park Develop early next year.We did not find a problem and were notified on the site. Shortly recommended! Next year we will be here with the new wellness facilities. Gr, from Rotterdam

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Unfortunately, our cottage was not clean. Dirty cups in the cupboard, stains in the cabinets, stains on the countertop, against the wall by the stove. Crumbs on the floor in the bedroom. The used coffee filter was still in there. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The toilet kept flushing. Furthermore, the cottages are stacked on top of each other. Little privacy.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

House excellent, close to each other, seems less pleasant in the summer.Have my Levi jeans in the closet. Called about this, up to 2x but did not call back. Pants not found ???? Impossible. This is very disappointing to me. M. Haase

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

it was a pleasantly furnished house. Many cycling routes from the park, which we have done. Unfortunately our house was in a construction pit. "In the morning at 8:00 am we were awakened by a digger, because next to our house they were digging holes for houses to be built.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This holiday home was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway, It was spacious and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with all the appliances you could think of, The terrace was lovely, and we really enjoyed our morning coffee outside, Highly recommend!

We had heard that the cabin was not so good, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It was a cozy house with all the amenities we needed. It was clean, comfortable, with a nice sofa and especially good beds. We would definitely come back. It is close to Maastricht and Valkenburg, which is a great area.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This place has such a feeling! Cozy chalet with all the modern vibes, The fireplace is especially an experience at night, Also, a dishwasher is a real game changer for group trips,

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very complete and compact house. With 30 degrees we were very happy with the air conditioning. We did miss a big tree to sit under, but there was a good umbrella. Beautiful pool with nice bar. With all our devices we did suffer from the child protection on the sockets, maybe replace them so that they go a little more smoothly? Self-catering went fine but also had a nice meal in the area. And walking opportunities are fantastic also directly around the house with pieces where the dog could safely loose.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We have filed a complaint; a lot of dust under the beds, the wardrobe doors could hardly even open in our bedroom, I took the wok pan which was very really dirty. Our cottage was number 107.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The cottage and the park are nice and tidy. But we do not understand that groups of men are allowed in this park who cause a lot of noise pollution. There was also no supervision in the pool while a group of men lay there drinking water pipes, accompanied by a music box.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A pleasant stay! The chalet was cozy and had everything we needed. We were a bit disappointed that the weather didn't allow much time outside, but the fireplace inside created a nice atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made our experience even better.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice park. Good receptionists. Wifi did not work, but was quickly solved by the Technical Service. The cottage was neat and clean. Only the heating in the bathroom didn't look clean, so I didn't dare hang my towel on it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nice accommodations. Very comfortable. Only downside that planes come over a few times an hour. Apparently the park is located under the landing route of Maastricht-Aachen airport.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Arrival / reception fine. Accommodation good, bedrooms on the tight side. The park is really still under construction and still needs to be developed, vegetation still low, so little privacy. Excellent base for ao. Maastricht and Valkenburg. Given the unprotected water features unsuitable for families with small children.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We arrived a day later (Saturday, July 27) than initially planned. Unfortunately on arrival the house turned out not to be clean (shower floor dirty, lots of crumbs on the couch, skirting boards very dirty, windows very dirty on the outside and one of the windows had a large crack from bottom to bottom). The beds were not made (included in the booking) and there was no linen package in the house. When opening the upper cupboard of the kitchen sink, 3 soup cups fell out (one broken on the floor). Also in the other cupboard ", when opened carefully, saucers seemed to have been put" on focus ". In addition, there were missing glasses, cups and there was no cleaning package present in the house. Annoying that you must all find this upon arrival. On Sunday July 28 we discovered that we had a leak in the house, the drops fell from the ceiling in three places in the house, we reported this to the reception, but due to the rainfall there was no immediate solution but the maintenance service found some "mop work" apparently not necessary. When the cleaning package itself picked up at the reception. For this inconvenience received a compensation from the park (this was also very quickly on our bill). Unfortunately a whole list where "Beautiful Bemelen" in our opinion (considering other reviews) something really should do with it.Beautiful Bemelen is also a beautiful park that still needs to grow, some facilities are still missing and there would be more larger trees may stand. the houses are also very close to each other. As a base it is a great park to enjoy the beautiful Limburg landscape and the surrounding places.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very neat houses and hospitable it was a shame that the park is still under construction and the building and the restaurant were not finished yet. Furthermore, beautifully situated between Valkenburg and Maastricht and doing well with the bus! You can reserve an hour a day in advance.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Arrival fineBeautiful new accommodation, with air conditioning was nice because of high temperatures (30 a35) New park still little vegetation, nice area jammer that pool and restaurant is not ready

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Arrival what messy, Everywhere construction workers are very hard at work, MÁÁR as the park is going to be beautiful, location on the Bemelerberg is fantastic.Bungalow is good as a vacation home

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Upon arrival, it was not clear where we could check in. This proved to be at the information center. The park is still under construction, this we'd like to know in advance. The cottage was neat and cozy, just about the outdoor fireplace on the terrace. We have searched for a cottage with a fireplace, so this was also a disappointment. The setting is beautiful and the park is very central.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The cottages are beautiful. The area is also fantastic. Unfortunately, the park is only a small part.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival was well arranged. Accommodation was also good and tidy.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location of the park is perfect, between Valkenburg and Maastricht. Beautiful surroundings, great walking and cycling. The park itself is absolutely nothing to do because it is under construction.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Price far too high due to the construction well it is now, staff very unfriendly.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Great reception! Park in construction (low vegetation) Great location exactly between Maastricht and Valkenburg

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Cottage was great! Nice and clean! Only they were busy with renovations! There was nothing for the kids that we were very sad!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Spacious and well-decorated chalet, I appreciated the attention to detail, like the outdoor furniture and fireplace, It made our evenings so cozy!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Great value for the price! The hosts were friendly and the house was equipped with all modern appliances, The garden view was lovely, especially in the mornings

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway, The pool was a nice touch, too, I just wish there were more dining options close by

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

I was impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was, The air conditioning worked great, and the WiFi was pretty fast, A solid choice for a family trip

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

This holiday home was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway, It was spacious and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with all the appliances you could think of, The terrace was lovely, and we really enjoyed our morning coffee outside, Highly recommend!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The place was excellent.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Welcoming place, it had everything necessary, Loved the outdoor fireplace!

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Outdoor pool and relaxed vibes? Yes, please! Perfect spot for some Insta photos, close to all the interesting attractions, like Rijckholt Castle, 10/10 I recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Cute place overall, clean and well-maintained. The location was quiet, which was great for us, but it was also close to attractions like the Valkenburg Municipal Cave. The outdoor pool was a nice addition, although we didn't have much time to use it.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The little house was clean and well-kept, beautiful pool, well-designed but

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The chalet was well designed and comfortable. We appreciated having a dishwasher and other kitchen amenities. Nearby dining options, such as Herberg de Bonte Haan, were great for dinner. Overall, a good choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing retreat.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location, the playground, and the pool are fantastic.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Standard little house but OK

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival fine. Clear

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

This place is such a vibe! Cozy chalet with all the modern feelings. The fireplace is especially an experience at night. Also, a dishwasher is a real game changer for group outings.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We have filed a complaint; a lot of dust under the beds, the wardrobe doors could hardly even open in our bedroom, I took the wok pan which was very really dirty. Our cottage was number 107.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Nice park. Good receptionists. Wifi did not work, but was quickly solved by the Technical Service. The cottage was neat and clean. Only the heating in the bathroom didn't look clean, so I didn't dare hang my towel on it.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival / reception fine. Accommodation good, bedrooms on the tight side. The park is really still under construction and still needs to be developed, vegetation still low, so little privacy. Excellent base for ao. Maastricht and Valkenburg. Given the unprotected water features unsuitable for families with small children.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

House excellent, close to each other, seems less pleasant in the summer.Have my Levi jeans in the closet. Called about this, up to 2x but did not call back. Pants not found ???? Impossible. This is very disappointing to me. M. Haase

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival fineBeautiful new accommodation, with air conditioning was nice because of high temperatures (30 a35) New park still little vegetation, nice area jammer that pool and restaurant is not ready

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very complete and compact house. With 30 degrees we were very happy with the air conditioning. We did miss a big tree to sit under, but there was a good umbrella. Beautiful pool with nice bar. With all our devices we did suffer from the child protection on the sockets, maybe replace them so that they go a little more smoothly? Self-catering went fine but also had a nice meal in the area. And walking opportunities are fantastic also directly around the house with pieces where the dog could safely loose.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The cottage and the park are nice and tidy. But we do not understand that groups of men are allowed in this park who cause a lot of noise pollution. There was also no supervision in the pool while a group of men lay there drinking water pipes, accompanied by a music box.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

A pleasant stay! The chalet was cozy and had everything we needed. We were a bit disappointed that the weather didn't allow much time outdoors, but the fireplace inside created a nice atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made our experience even better.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very nice accommodations. Very comfortable. Only downside that planes come over a few times an hour. Apparently the park is located under the landing route of Maastricht-Aachen airport.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival what messy, Everywhere construction workers are very hard at work, MÁÁR as the park is going to be beautiful, location on the Bemelerberg is fantastic.Bungalow is good as a vacation home

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Upon arrival, it was not clear where we could check in. This proved to be at the information center. The park is still under construction, this we'd like to know in advance. The cottage was neat and cozy, just about the outdoor fireplace on the terrace. We have searched for a cottage with a fireplace, so this was also a disappointment. The setting is beautiful and the park is very central.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Arrival was Limburgs friendly. We were 2 o'clock too early.Only requested immediate action to deliver our chalet! Nice, clean and new chalet .New under construction Park in a beautiful location. No no amenities but considering the speed to park the park Develop early next year.We did not find a problem and were notified on the site. Shortly recommended! Next year we will be here with the new wellness facilities. Gr, from Rotterdam

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

It was fantastic!! We enjoyed the cottage which is new and stylishly furnished. The tranquility and the friendliness of the people. And especially the cities of Valkenburg and Maastricht nearby. Highly recommended for a next stay.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

it was a pleasantly furnished house. Many cycling routes from the park, which we have done. Unfortunately our house was in a construction pit. "In the morning at 8:00 am we were awakened by a digger, because next to our house they were digging holes for houses to be built.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Very neat houses and hospitable it was a shame that the park is still under construction and the building and the restaurant were not finished yet. Furthermore, beautifully situated between Valkenburg and Maastricht and doing well with the bus! You can reserve an hour a day in advance.
