This detached, modern chalet is located on the spacious Resort Limburg holiday park, just 30 km from the pleasant city of Maastricht.
The single-storey chalet is modern and comfortably furnished. Because of the large windows, the living room with TV is wonderfully light. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There are four 2-person bedrooms, each with two single beds (which may be set up as a double bed) or a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet in the hall.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's parking for one car at the chalet.

The Resort Limburg Holiday Park has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The superb Resort Limburg Swimming Centre and Wellness Centre opened in December 2007. This beautiful building has swimming pools, saunas, a fitness area, solariums and a massage and beauty salon. There are cafes and restaurants. The park is in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. It is in a convenient position in the province of Limburg and adjoins Germany and Belgium. This is a delightful area for walking and cycling. You can enjoy little picturesque villages and beautiful extensive nature reserves. There is plenty to do immediately outside the holiday park. The nine-hole Echt-Susteren Golf Club is opposite the entrance. Snow World Landgraaf, the largest indoor ski-slope in Europe, is just a stone's throw away. The indoor winter sports facilities here are vast. The famous 'Three Country Point' in Vaals is very near. This is where the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium meet. Children will enjoy themselves in the maze. You can enjoy superb shopping in the lively town of Valkenburg and the ancient city of Maastricht. There are theatres, restaurants, entertainment and plenty of night life. For those who enjoy gambling there is the Holland Casino in Valkenburg. The Resort Limburg Holiday Park is an ideal holiday destination for lovers of beautiful scenery. There is also plenty of entertainment. The park has many facilities. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool and a swimming pond with slides. The park is in a convenient position for trips to Belgium and Germany.
The Supermarkt will be closed from 02.11.09 / 11.12.09.
It is possible that in certain areas of the grounds some building works will be going on. The park tries to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
The opening hours of the horeca, swimming facilities and the supermarket depend on the season
Resort Limburg is entitled to request a deposit of € 200, - per booking.
The waterplay paradise will be accessible as from July 1th at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees. When the water level is too low, the gliders will be closed. The Beau & Bloem Fun Club is only open for Easter, on Ascension Day, on Whit Sunday and Whit Monday (Pentecost), and during the May, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays.
We would like to point out that you can only pay with a pin or credit card at the reception. At the supermarket or catering industry it is also possible to pay with cash.

The chalet is beautiful and spacious and is located in a large park. We rate this holiday accommodation as reasonable. This is for several reasons. The kitchen was very dirty. There were old caked-on food remains on various plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. We washed everything first. In addition, the sink drain in the main bathroom was clogged upon arrival and the shower drain was full of long hair from previous guests. There was also a chair in the living room that was broken/wobbly (loose leg). We immediately reported the sink and chair to the park reception, promising that the technical service would come by. However, no one came during our stay. So we had to deal with a clogged sink drain for the entire holiday. We didn't think that was nice.
Furthermore, we had a good stay.

Arrival fine, accommodation was good but very dirty everything must wash dishes both inside and outside dirty windows and then a leak in the sink not to see and smell like 1 week, falling plinth of kitchen design radiator in the bathroom dirty and sauna in other bathroom it did half the time. Too bad for the owner and Belvilla. Have called the cleaning CSU would send an interior lady but not seen. Also called with the TD and that has been but could not solve it tried something.

It is a big house, we sat with his 4 in a 8pers house. The house was nicely located on the outer edge of the park. House was fairly clean, we did not have to have housekeeping happy. Swimming pool was very dirty. A giant chlorine air the changing rooms are also very dirty and there was absolutely no supervision. Seen far too many people in. We have been there 1 time thereafter never again.We have been to a pool in Stein !! Also the animal shelter was too sad for words ... Many animals on little ground, there was no grass on it. The outside water was very clean !! Beautiful slides! The amount of houses is not washed out with the few amenities in the park. We also missed surveillance.

Super nice park, beautiful house number 641.BUT, how dirty the house is and then you still have to pay almost 100 euros for cleaning. Getting a berry through the cleaning staff won't hurt or get better instructions. After arrival we first spent an hour making it feel fresh.

Arrival was great! Thought the park looks nice and beautiful! Arrived at the house we thought what a beautiful chalet modern, and a beautiful waterfront location! Also inside was everything present. Neat and clean Beds were good 2 bathrooms sauna nothing was lacking! Overall we had a great holiday! our children have made them feel good! beach with beautiful slides, playground, animals in short! Downsides - Due to the crowds of the May holidays we had to wait quite a long time to check in. - We stayed with 2 families in 1 house, then 2 keys are also handy instead of 1. - Due to a technical failure at the pool we have not been able to use it. - The signage (opening hours, ...) was very badly indicated + We were able to park near the house. + The holiday home was brand new and very well equipped, nicely decorated.

Super park with many attractions for small children us everything. My kids loved the petting zoo and the lake with the slides is an experience in good weather. The house was great, a minus only when it is hot outside, it is even hotter in the house. When it's cold outside it gets pretty cold in the house. Otherwise only to be recommended.

We were only able to enter our house at 4.30 pm because the cleaning had not yet been done. We got a nice coupon to get a cake and coffee. The cottage was a pleasant surprise much nicer than we expected. Neat living room and kitchen too bad that the dishes alone was dirty, it turned out that the dishwasher was completely polluted and it did not clean. So all the nozzles are etching. cleaned up. Enough closet space in the bedrooms, two bathrooms with even a sauna. We did not need it because in the rooms it regularly increased to 34 degrees. A sunscreen would be a good addition or air conditioning. Mosquito screens in the bedroom windows would also be nice to prevent all kinds of corpses and blood stains on the walls. At a nice pond with a spacious garden with private parking.

After emphatically "insistence" I have still received a part of the tourist tax.

The park itself is still great. But the house we got this year was not what was booked. The whole house looked different and was not in the square but the parking lot. That's when booking with a 5 and a 1 year old child at all. Whether we need to we get a 4 times superior to us strong.

We were in an 8 person house near the center. The cottage was very nice. We missed the house a microwave, it was immediately arranged! Good service. Kids loved animation great. Toddler Outdoor is great in hot weather. When the weather is nice in the indoor pool!

The accommodation was very good. Especially since we didn't know beforehand that there was also a sauna in the house. The environment was great too. However, we were not informed about e.g. a program informs. We were only given a weekly schedule when asked at the reception about what else could be done in the area. What bothered us a lot was that the slides on the lake were not opened despite the good weather and the required 21 degrees. The use of the swimming pool in the complex was almost impossible. Only 12 people were admitted there. When you got there, you were almost always turned away, since apparently the limit of 12 people was reached. Perhaps one could have kept a list of where bathers could be registered in advance, so that one did not have to go there several times a day for nothing.

Pretty nice park, but bad food in the restaurant. There is not much on the menu and what is there is just not tasty. Now with COVID you can only use the pool for 1 hour and you have to reserve that. We were at the petting zoo and the rooster starts crowing at 5 a.m. and continues non stop.

We had booked a last minute and got a new and spacious bungalow. Everything was there and neat. The people at the park were very friendly. We had our dogs and also for them the holiday was successful. There is plenty of walking opportunities on and around the park. There are 2 animal meadows with alpacas, ponies, goats, sheep, donkey, geese, chickens, pigs, rabbits, ... Really super! Worth repeating.

We have been a weekend with friends. The house is neat, practical and modern furnishings. Enough space with 8 people. The chairs around the dining table sitting comfortably. There also bring together most of the time. Pity the gas fireplace did not. That is only for private use by the owner apparently.

The arrival and reception was fine. The explanation was good. The accommodation was clean, spaciously designed on a large plot surrounded by a shed of small bushes and on the backside a ditch with cane kraag.

It is a big house, we sat with his 4 in a 8pers house. The house was nicely located on the outer edge of the park. House was fairly clean, we did not have to have housekeeping happy. Swimming pool was very dirty. A giant chlorine air the changing rooms are also very dirty and there was absolutely no supervision. Seen far too many people in. We have been there 1 time thereafter never again.We have been to a pool in Stein !! Also the animal shelter was too sad for words ... Many animals on little ground, there was no grass on it. The outside water was very clean !! Beautiful slides! The amount of houses is not washed out with the few amenities in the park. We also missed surveillance.

Accommodation was nicer, larger than expected, the area was also fine. Everything looked neat and tidy. Because I asked on arrival how the tourist tax was arranged as we were present for only 2 days with 8 people and the other days with 2 people, this was the answer WE COUNT DURING 7 DAYS FOR 8 PEOPLE. Is it different then you have to arrange this with Belvilla. By telephone contact with Belvilla it was said that you should arrange this at the relevant place of residence. After emphatically "insistence" I have still received a part of the tourist tax.

We had an 8 person cottage with lots of luxury in it. luxurious look. It was also a fairly new house. Really had a good time. Beautiful area. It was like a vacation should be. Come in and feel right at home.

nice house, very quiet. Friendly people, just a pity that the house really was not clean on arrival. Dust everywhere and cobwebs, really long time no longer made with clean water. Even though we had previously at the park, paid a fairly high price for environmental, tax, mandatory hiring of cloths and required to pay for the cleanup ...

We had booked a last minute and got a new and spacious bungalow. Everything was there and neat. The people at the park were very friendly. We had our dogs and also for them the holiday was successful. There is plenty of walking opportunities on and around the park. There are 2 animal meadows with alpacas, ponies, goats, sheep, donkey, geese, chickens, pigs, rabbits, ... Really super! Worth repeating.

Super park with many attractions for small children us everything. My kids loved the petting zoo and the lake with the slides is an experience in good weather. The house was great, a minus only when it is hot outside, it is even hotter in the house. When it's cold outside it gets pretty cold in the house. Otherwise only to be recommended.

We were only able to enter our house at 4.30 pm because the cleaning had not yet been done. We got a nice coupon to get a cake and coffee. The cottage was a pleasant surprise much nicer than we expected. Neat living room and kitchen too bad that the dishes alone was dirty, it turned out that the dishwasher was completely polluted and it did not clean. So all the nozzles are etching. cleaned up. Enough closet space in the bedrooms, two bathrooms with even a sauna. We did not need it because in the rooms it regularly increased to 34 degrees. A sunscreen would be a good addition or air conditioning. Mosquito screens in the bedroom windows would also be nice to prevent all kinds of corpses and blood stains on the walls. At a nice pond with a spacious garden with private parking.

We were in an 8 person house near the center. The cottage was very nice. We missed the house a microwave, it was immediately arranged! Good service. Kids loved animation great. Toddler Outdoor is great in hot weather. When the weather is nice in the indoor pool!

We have been a weekend with friends. The house is neat, practical and modern furnishings. Enough space with 8 people. The chairs around the dining table sitting comfortably. There also bring together most of the time. Pity the gas fireplace did not. That is only for private use by the owner apparently.

been very nice too bad that the lady at the front desk not friendly was.Ze did quite difficult to get the key .We were ten three present and could this really could not receive the key only to three hours, while the other front desk employee already keys to another guest with gaf.Misschien they should go another job zoeken.Voor everything was well organized.

Arrival was great! Thought the park looks nice and beautiful! Arrived at the house we thought what a beautiful chalet modern, and a beautiful waterfront location! Also inside was everything present. Neat and clean Beds were good 2 bathrooms sauna nothing was lacking! Overall we had a great holiday! our children have made them feel good! beach with beautiful slides, playground, animals in short! We will definitely be back!

Arrival fine, accommodation was good but very dirty everything must wash dishes both inside and outside dirty windows and then a leak in the sink not to see and smell like 1 week, falling plinth of kitchen design radiator in the bathroom dirty and sauna in other bathroom it did half the time. The park itself is still great. But the house we got this year was not what was booked. The whole house looked different and was not in the square but the parking lot. That's when booking with a 5 and a 1 year old child at all. Whether we need to we get a 4 times superior to us strong.

The accommodation was very good. Especially since we didn't know beforehand that there was also a sauna in the house. The environment was great too. However, we were not informed about e.g. a program informs. We were only given a weekly schedule when asked at the reception about what else could be done in the area. What bothered us a lot was that the slides on the lake were not opened despite the good weather and the required 21 degrees. The use of the swimming pool in the complex was almost impossible. Only 12 people were admitted there. When you got there, you were almost always turned away, since apparently the limit of 12 people was reached. Perhaps one could have kept a list of where bathers could be registered in advance, so that one did not have to go there several times a day for nothing.

Nice holiday chalet with plenty of space, a beautiful and well maintained park. Good wifi signaal.Goed arranged that the key upon arrival already handed in the parking lot. No long queues at reception. We will definitely be back again.

Pretty nice park, but bad food in the restaurant. There is not much on the menu and what is there is just not tasty. Now with COVID you can only use the pool for 1 hour and you have to reserve that. We were at the petting zoo and the rooster starts crowing at 5 a.m. and continues non stop.

Super nice park, beautiful house number 641.BUT, how dirty the house is and then you still have to pay almost 100 euros for cleaning. Getting a berry through the cleaning staff won't hurt or get better instructions. After arrival we first spent an hour making it feel fresh.
