These spacious, detached, half-timbered houses are on a separate part of the holiday park. They are well kept, comfortable and luxuriously furnished. They all have a garden with a terrace. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. This means that less mobile people do not need to use the stairs. Some of the houses are directly by the water. The terrace has garden furniture during the season and is a delight on sunny days and pleasant summer evenings.

The Resort Limburg Holiday Park has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The superb Resort Limburg Swimming Centre and Wellness Centre opened in December 2007. This beautiful building has swimming pools, saunas, a fitness area, solariums and a massage and beauty salon. There are cafes and restaurants. The park is in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. It is in a convenient position in the province of Limburg and adjoins Germany and Belgium. This is a delightful area for walking and cycling. You can enjoy little picturesque villages and beautiful extensive nature reserves. There is plenty to do immediately outside the holiday park. The nine-hole Echt-Susteren Golf Club is opposite the entrance. Snow World Landgraaf, the largest indoor ski-slope in Europe, is just a stone's throw away. The Resort Limburg Holiday Park is an ideal holiday destination for lovers of beautiful scenery. There is also plenty of entertainment. The park has many facilities. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool and a swimming pond with slides. The park is in a convenient position for trips to Belgium and Germany.
The Supermarkt will be closed from 02.11.09 / 11.12.09.
It is possible that in certain areas of the grounds some building works will be going on. The park tries to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
The opening hours of the horeca, swimming facilities and the supermarket depend on the season
Resort Limburg is entitled to request a deposit of € 200, - per booking.
The waterplay paradise will be accessible as from July 1th at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees. When the water level is too low, the gliders will be closed. The Beau & Bloem Fun Club is only open for Easter, on Ascension Day, on Whit Sunday and Whit Monday (Pentecost), and during the May, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays.
We would like to point out that you can only pay with a pin or credit card at the reception. At the supermarket or catering industry it is also possible to pay with cash.

I would have liked more cleanliness in the house and the house is definitely too small for 10 people, otherwise I liked the furnishings and equipment in the house and I had a great time there

We enjoyed a long weekend with our (grand) children. Beautiful house, different house than we had booked, but due to technical failure we got this house. It was spacious, everything has been thought of, even a high chair, and booster seat for the smallest, drying racks, etc. etc. House was not really super clean, but hey, we don't complain about that. Bedrooms are very spacious and 3 bathrooms is also wonderful with such a large club. The park is nice, there is plenty to do. Unfortunately the weather was not good, but then the pool is nice. Ladies at the reception and in the small supermarket are super friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the park where we all ate in the evening was less, worst spare ribs and satay ever. But service is top notch, nothing is too much for them. All in all had a nice weekend.

Spacious house and certainly modern furnishings, but not the house that is on our booking. However, the cleaning here and there is a bit of a mess, dusty and some dirty spots here and there. Dirty dish (washer) does not wash everything nicely. Missing items, eg no baking pan and no oven gloves. We didn't let it affect our enjoyment fortunately and continued to enjoy it.

The cottage was very child-unfriendly. No child-friendly sockets, a staircase with opening between steps and without gates, TV was unstable and could fall off the bracket. Also no storage cupboard for outdoor broom and catering vacuum cleaner and fire extinguisher, so we had to put them in a room out of reach of the children. Was a bit in the way in the small bedrooms. Furthermore, many dead insects upon entry, pans that were greasy and dirty cutlery in the drawers. Too bad there was no umbrella for outside. Even if you sit at the table outside, right in the sun. You burn quickly and kids also. In the garden lots of butts, glass shards and beer caps. In short, not suitable for families with children up to 3 years. Had dinner in the restaurant in the park. Was very mediocre, card looked fine, but execution was very mediocre. Cold and raw steak with black grill stripes. Fish that was clearly not fresh, but probably had been frozen. We had nice weather so that made a lot of good and good company works wonders! So that's why it was successful!

We were positively surprised about the beautiful house, the garden with a closed gate around the house, the location of the house on the water, but also 3 parking spaces near the tube and the park with the facilities! Company consisted of 3 families, each with a small one of 2 years old, so it was fantastic to have a garden around the house on the water, with grass and a fence so we could let them play safely. Deer / goats less than 100m from the house and a large permanent bouncy castle 2 min walk! We really have no comments or comments and had a fantastic long weekend! Would like to go back and rent the same house.

Due to the Corona measures, a different reception than usual. But they had arranged it perfectly. There were staff at the entrance of the park there you could check in and you were given the key to the house and the necessary information. On arrival at the house a bottle of wine was brought 😃The house was very nice and clean. Fine bedrooms and beds. The sanitary areas were clean and great showers. In the living room / kitchen there is actually no space to store your own toys / games and groceries. The park is also beautiful! Despite corona measures do very well! To be repeated! 😃👍🏻

We did not get the house that we booked. This was not communicated upon arrival, we have asked this at the reception itself, it appears that the house that was provided for us had a sewerage problem and they were assigned a different house. Furthermore, the reception went very smoothly.

Bad signage. House hard to find. Unclear floor plan. There was little entertainment in the immediate area. A little further away, eg 20 km to the south though. Upon arrival, toilet turned out to be defective, and all electricity failed. After two phone calls a technician arrived, luckily it didn't last too long.

The cottage was not the cottage we had booked. The cottage was small for so many people. The hygiene was not very good with blood stains in sheets. There were many broken stuff like knives and door handles. Also the shower drain was clogged and we only had to do 9 with one shower. They encountered the defects in rare times, but nothing was made worse by screwing the drain. Also a dog was included. And it was said that she had to be lean while laughing in her own home. We were addressed by a very aggressive security officer. This could also be friendly! We also complained about this and the lady told the desk that she could not do anything about it. I do not understand this customer service approach. I then asked to speak to her manager but could not. Seriously they do not take you at all. And customer friendliness does not know them either. I therefore recommend visiting this park. There are some parks that are nicer and more friendly.

I found the price quality ratio too expensive. This is of course also because nothing was open (swimming pool / cafe / restaurant). We have asked for compensation but then we should have asked for a voucher according to the reception. In addition, it was basically a beautiful house but poorly maintained. We had to do the dishes midweek because the dishwasher was not working. The dishes were not clean when we got to the house. Crazy, huh!!! A mushroom grew in the room where the sauna was located. A shower did not work properly and did not drain properly. That was not such a problem because we had 2 other showers. But not neat right? This was not mentioned in the description that there were 3 bathrooms, so that was a surprise 😀. I had called if there was an oven in the house but that was not there according to Belvilla! So no baking bread included. So it was there !! Poorly informed😡. Was not in the description either !! The house was very spacious. But for the money we had to pay, I expect some better maintenance !!

We thought it was strange that we had a view of the house in the photo at the house that we reserved, just what ours was different. And a kitchen cupboard was broken, just stood against the wall a little further. they could have reported this in advance and stored that door somewhere less in the way

Stay is fine but there are some things to criticize for the house of 10 people for a week's stay. For example, there is mold in two bathrooms, there are no tea towels, there is only 1 cleaning cloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, no washing-up liquid, a small pot of soap and no hand pans for the oven. House is doable but on the small side for 10 people.
