Friendly people! We had a nice house with 10 people clean and tidy! Have enjoyed tremendously! The only pity was that we had 2 labradors with us and they could not walk loose because the garden is not deposited other people walked through the garden to get to their own house that was a real shame! We booked a holiday with 12 people. 10 adults, two small children and a dog. When everyone had arrived, and had unpacked half, we noticed that we had a little room. The website gave six rooms, and there were only 5. We arrived on Saturday and had to wait until Monday to speak to the manager. Our dishwasher was broken, and we were 3 times each day do the dishes. They would send someone for this, but we have not seen. Then we went to complain and they asked us a 30% discount for the next stay, when we indicated that that is actually not compensated enough, they came up with 40%. Now every time we go on a trip during the Easter holiday, and our voucher valid until the Easter holidays next year .. Not to the same holiday period so. Basically, the discount is useless then. We have 3 couples and children celebrating New Year 2014 in a house for 12 people on the holiday domain Hommelheide. The cottage was modern and spacious enough for 12 people. The house was not clean, there was a dirty sock between the mattress and a handkerchief with a snot under the bed. There were dust nests everywhere and the kitchen was filthy. There were dirty stains in mattresses. In some bedrooms the curtains could not close! The couch was completely sagged on one side, so you could not sit there at all (dangerous situation for your back and tail). Beautiful interior of the cottage. Cottage was nicely clean on arrival. The locks on the toilet / bathrooms went so hard that we did not dare to lock them after the children were locked up twice. In our house all the buttons on the tilt-and-turn windows were pushed in, so that we could not adjust the windows, were locked. The technical department has unblocked all tilt-turn windows with one window key. Laying a window key in the house seems practical to us. We have seen little of the area, it was tropical hot. Indoor swimming pool was very small for such a large park. A real outdoor swimming pool would make the park complete.

Nice received at reception house by very friendly gentleman. Accommodation was above expectations. Spacious, neat, very little bit of spinning day on the ceiling and stairs but more than sufficient. No cheese slicer and scissors available. That would be handy. A small window in the windows won't hurt either. Swimming pond excellent except for many goose droppings. Too bad that slides were not open (later opened except for highest slide). Too bad that a group of young people with too loud music were allowed on the beach. No control.

Europarcs Limburg in Susteren looks neat at first glance. We had booked a 12 person villa in August and paid a considerable amount for it. However, there are a number of things that have really disappointed us. Our kids became enthusiastic about this location because there was a large lake with various slides. Upon arrival, these slides turned out not to be there. Inquired at the reception and then it turned out that they were gone for maintenance. This was a downer for our kids. The house itself looks fine from the outside, but there appeared to be overdue maintenance. The kitchen tap was completely loose, several windows above do not close or badly. And so there are more defects that you do not expect when you book such an expensive villa. To top it all off, we were almost shaken out of bed from early Monday morning due to construction work because there were still a number of houses under construction. We therefore would not recommend this park to other people.
