The Resort Limburg Holiday Park has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The superb Resort Limburg Swimming Centre and Wellness Centre opened in December 2007. This beautiful building has swimming pools, saunas, a fitness area, solariums and a massage and beauty salon. There are cafes and restaurants. The park is in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. It is in a convenient position in the province of Limburg and adjoins Germany and Belgium. This is a delightful area for walking and cycling. You can enjoy little picturesque villages and beautiful extensive nature reserves. There is plenty to do immediately outside the holiday park. The nine-hole Echt-Susteren Golf Club is opposite the entrance. Snow World Landgraaf, the largest indoor ski-slope in Europe, is just a stone's throw away. The indoor winter sports facilities here are vast. The famous 'Three Country Point' in Vaals is very near. This is where the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium meet. Children will enjoy themselves in the maze. You can enjoy superb shopping in the lively town of Valkenburg and the ancient city of Maastricht. There are theatres, restaurants, entertainment and plenty of night life. For those who enjoy gambling there is the Holland Casino in Valkenburg. All this is waiting for you in and around the Resort Limburg Holiday Park. It's a wonderful holiday location with something for everyone.
The Resort Limburg Holiday Park is an ideal holiday destination for lovers of beautiful scenery. There is also plenty of entertainment. The park has many facilities. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool and a swimming pond with slides. The park is in a convenient position for trips to Belgium and Germany.
The Supermarkt will be closed from 02.11.09 / 11.12.09.
It is possible that in certain areas of the grounds some building works will be going on. The park tries to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
The opening hours of the horeca, swimming facilities and the supermarket depend on the season
Resort Limburg is entitled to request a deposit of € 200, - per booking.
The waterplay paradise will be accessible as from July 1th at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees. When the water level is too low, the gliders will be closed. The Beau & Bloem Fun Club is only open for Easter, on Ascension Day, on Whit Sunday and Whit Monday (Pentecost), and during the May, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays.
We would like to point out that you can only pay with a pin or credit card at the reception. At the supermarket or catering industry it is also possible to pay with cash.

Hello, unfortunately we are very shocked at the condition of the chalet. The furniture is very dirty and has certainly never even been washed from top to bottom with a cloth. There are spider webs everywhere, the walls are smeared, kitsch. The wardrobe is dirty. Sorry, it's just disgusting.
Everything is messed up, the bathroom was cleaned again upon request and the floor was cleaned.
We would love to leave straight away.
We will NEVER visit this park again.

Beautiful chalets are shown on the site, but we were offered a dirty house that looked completely different than we had reserved, and dirty that it was. We complained at the reception and were then offered another house. This indeed looked like the cottage we had reserved, but it was not clean here either. Shameful actually, because we have to pay note bene E60,- for the cleaning. So we first started cleaning ourselves. This negative experience made us decide never to go on holiday to Europarcs Limburg again.

Very thin curtains so that the bedroom remains much too light for the children to sleep on. Onfris whole, attack everywhere, mold sealants, no lawn but weed field of +/- 10 cm high. Dirty glasses in the cupboard.

In itself a great mobile home; sober but ok. There are not only holidaymakers at the park, but also permanent residents. That creates a slightly different atmosphere that we do not really appreciate. But it is a good base for discovering beautiful surroundings.

Very friendly greeting on arrival with clear instructions. Accommodation at first sight very good, a little later there turned out to be a lot wrong: more than half of the lamps above the sink were not working, a leaky kettle causing an electrical hazard, loose table leg, loose couch, 1 lamp in the bedroom not working, a lot of leakage damage, floor good sucked but very black (not nearly mopped). Park was very neat, well-kept green. Nice water features. Unfortunately very few trash cans in the "neighborhoods".

Upon arrival you will be met by people from the park will be given an explanation about the route to the chalet and keys, this will be very smooth and friendly. Accommodation in itself in terms of space fine but deserves a major refurbishment turn. Bathroom moldy and old weathered furniture. Kitchen defects here and there and not very clean. Beds very very poor and really need to be replaced! Sliding door is very difficult about this call with technical service you will be barked by a very rude man. Environment was very nice very good base for outings park in itself was also beautiful. Too bad about the condition of the chalet, I am not used to this from Belvilla.

It was a beautifully situated park nice entry.The house was on a dead end street so nice and quiet.The area fantastic for walking and cycling because we love it, Unfortunately it was around 40 degrees a few days so cycling and walking was not really, we enjoyed the wonderful water at the park

Apparently, my first assessment was too negative. Since I am asked to respond again. We had a dirty house that can never be rented in this way again. To prevent disappointments for another family. I will not tell the whole story again. All in all a waste of money !!!

Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned at 1500, so we had to get out of the house for an hour. We got tickets for ice cream and coffee and cake from the park. Neatly solved! environment is beautiful and much to doen.Ook nice park unfortunately it was long hot so the slides in the lake were actually closed. recommended is the Continium in kerkrade to go with children definitely fun all day!

House number 144 very very dirty, beds full of hair! After complaint house 654 very nice and clean. The lake was closed - (bacteria infestation.) That was bad! Otherwise beautiful terrain, very nice for children.

We were greeted at the entrance by a staff and we were directly to the accomodation thought. The chalet was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was not so comfortable. Environment was clean and very nice quiet perfect for relaxing.

The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Upon arriving, I was surprised to hear that I had to pay 275 euro to Euro Parcs (which was shown to be confirmed by Belvilla afterwards)

Nice cottage in a beautiful and well-kept park. Everything was well organized. Nearby is doing everything so you're in Germany or Belgium. But Maastricht and Valkenburg are also nearby. We will definitely return.
